A human study was conducted in which the efficacy of in vivo diffuse near‐infrared (NIR) spectroscopy was demonstrated in predicting wound healing in diabetic foot ulcers. Sixteen chronic diabetic wounds were followed and assessed for subsurface oxy‐hemoglobin concentration using the NIR device. Weekly measurements were conducted until there was wound closure, limb amputation, or 20 completed visits without healing. Digital photography measured wound size, and the degree of wound contraction was compared with the NIR results. In the 16 patients followed, seven wounds healed, six limbs were amputated, and three wounds remained opened after 20 visits. The initial values in subsurface hemoglobin concentration in all wounds were higher than the nonwound control sites. Healed wounds showed a consistent reduction of hemoglobin concentration several weeks before closure that approached control site values. In wounds that did not heal or resulted in amputation of the limb, the hemoglobin concentration remained elevated. In some cases, these nonhealing wounds appeared to be improving clinically. A negative slope for the rate of change of hemoglobin concentration was indicative of healing across all wounds. In conclusion, evaluation of wounds using NIR may provide an effective measurement of wound healing. NIR spectroscopy can determine wound healing earlier than that visibly assessed by current clinical approaches.  相似文献

BackgroundChronic Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) infection causes increased morbidity and mortality in cystic fibrosis (CF). This study aimed to answer the following questions: Does the prevalence of chronic infection with PA differ between the CF centres in Scandinavia? Which differences exist concerning segregation and treatment of PA?Methods989 patients (86%) from all eight CF-centres in Scandinavia were included. Demographic and clinical data, including PA colonisation status based on cultures and serology, were recorded at inclusion. The patients were followed prospectively for 1 year, recording number of days with anti-PA antibiotic treatment.ResultsIn all pancreatic insufficient (PI) patients (n = 890) the prevalence of chronic PA infection at each centre ranged from 25.8% to 48.9%, but were not significantly different. In PI patients < 19 years the prevalence was 14.5% in Copenhagen compared to 30.9% in the Swedish centres pooled (p = 0.001). In intermittently colonised PI patients < 19 years the median number of days per year on anti-PA antibiotics was almost 6 times higher in Copenhagen (mean 86 (110), median 61 days) compared to the Swedish centres pooled (mean 27 (52), median 11 days) (p = 0.037). The pulmonary function was similar.ConclusionsIt is possible to maintain a very low prevalence of chronic PA infection in CF patients < 19 years. We speculate that this was most likely due to a very intensive treatment of intermittently colonised patients with inhaled anti-PA antibiotics over prolonged periods of time in some centres. Since lung function was similar in centres with less intensive use of inhaled antibiotics, studies comparing different treatment modalities and other parts of CF care are needed to define the best clinical practice, including how to use antibiotics in the most rational way.  相似文献

Time-tested treatments for chronic osteomyelitis involve prolonged courses of costly antibiotic treatment. Although such treatment remains unquestioned in acute osteomyelitis, it is an excessive regiment for chronic osteomyelitis. With appropriate surgical debridement and careful operative care, antibiotic treatment can be truncated in diagnoses of chronic osteomyelitis. This study represents the clinical practice of the pressure ulcer management program at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center in dealing with this difficult problem. One hundred fifty-seven patients with similar pressure ulcer wounds were studied retrospectively. Three groups of patients with pathologic diagnoses of acute osteomyelitis, chronic osteomyelitis, and negative osteomyelitis were compared for (1) postoperative stay, (2) wound infection, (3) wound breakdown requiring reoperation, and (4) same-site ulcer recurrence. In all cases, shallow bone shavings were sent for diagnosis via histologic study, and deep shavings were also sent to ensure adequate bone debridement and microbiologic study. All ulcers were subsequently closed with muscle and/or myocutaneous flaps. The negative and chronic osteomyelitis groups were treated with 5 to 7 days of IV antibiotics, whereas the acute group underwent a full 6-week course according to bone bacteriological culture and sensitivity. There was no statistical difference between the chronic osteomyelitis group and the control (negative) osteomyelitis group with respect to postoperative stay (70 days for chronic group, 72.4 for control), wound breakdown rate (10.7% for chronic, 10.2% for control), or ulcer recurrence (1.8% for chronic, 4.1 for control). The acute osteomyelitis group incurred longer hospital stays, greater incidence of wound breakdown, and statistically significantly greater ulcer recurrence (78.6 days, 13.2% and 17.0%, respectively). In cases of pressure ulcer management with bony involvement, bone pathologic diagnosis of chronic osteomyelitis allows for a shorter antibiotic course with better results when the offending tissue has been adequately debrided and closed with viable tissue flap coverage, than simple long-term (4-6 weeks) antibiotic treatment. Because of the extreme contaminated nature of these wounds, if such therapy works in these patients, it may be applicable to chronic osteomyelitis in more varied contaminated surgical cases involving bone.  相似文献

Chronic wounds are common and lead to significant patient morbidity. A better understanding of their pathogenesis and relevant biomarkers are required. We compared acute and chronic wounds in the same individual using noninvasive imaging including spectrophotometric intracutaneous analysis (SIAscopy) and full‐field laser perfusion imaging. Gene expression analysis was also performed on sequential biopsies. Whole genome gene expression microarray analysis (44k), quantitative polymerase chain reaction, and immunohistochemistry were carried out to determine gene expression levels in tissue biopsies. Fifteen Caucasian patients with chronic venous ulcers had biopsies of the wound edges and simultaneously had an acute wound created on their upper arm on days 0, 7, and 14. SIAscopy revealed increased levels of melanin (p < 0.001), reduced levels of collagen (p < 0.001), and hemoglobin (p = 0.022) in chronic wounds. Microarray and subsequent quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis confirmed an overall differential expression in acute and chronic wounds for several genes. Significantly higher levels of inhibin, beta A (INHBA) expression were confirmed in the dermis of chronic wounds (p < 0.05). Additionally, INHBA and thrombospondin 1 messenger RNA levels significantly correlated with SIAscopy measurements (p < 0.05). This unique study has showed aberrant expression of INHBA in chronic wounds using a sequential biopsy model of chronic vs. acute wounds in the same individual.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to determine whether an adenosine A(2A) receptor agonist (ATL146e) might augment the current treatment regimen of antibiotics plus irrigation and debridement to prevent the arthritic effects associated with joint sepsis. Staphylococcus aureus bacteria were injected into knees of rabbits, which were divided into 4 treatment groups (12 rabbits per group): no treatment, ATL146e only, antibiotics only, or antibiotics plus ATL146e. Analysis at days 1, 3, and 7 consisted of gross joint appearance, synovial fluid, serum, histologic, immunohistochemical, and biochemical analysis. Synovial fluid cultures at day 7 were negative in all antibiotic and antibiotic plus ATL146e treated knees indicating clearance of bacteria. Average WBC counts from synovial fluid aspirates significantly decreased with treatment of antibiotics alone and antibiotics plus ATL146e. Treatment with antibiotics plus ATL146e significantly decreased the Interleukin-8 content when compared to other treatment groups (p<0.001) indicating inflammatory response suppression. Histologic grading resulted in notably improved scores in the antibiotics plus ATL146e group compared to other treatment groups (p < or =0.001). Glycosaminoglycan assay values were significantly greater in the ATL146e plus antibiotics group compared to the untreated control group (p<0.04) indicating chondroprotection. The results of this study indicate that administration of an adenosine A(2A) agonist in combination with antibiotic therapy diminishes joint WBC chemotaxis and reduces joint inflammation, while not compromising the clearance of intraarticular bacteria in a rabbit model. Early bacterial clearance with modulation of the inflammatory response appears to prevent the early degradative effects of joint sepsis.  相似文献

The habit of prescribing antibiotics “just-in-case” there is infection is based on the misguided perception that antibiotics are “safe” drugs and therefore pose little risk to patients. Surgeons need to dispel this myth. One in five patients experience an antibiotic adverse drug event. The risk of overprescribing antibiotics far outweighs the perceived benefit and contributes to antibiotic resistance that not only threatens the efficacy of prophylaxis it also threatens the practice of surgery. Every unnecessary antibiotic contributes to a scenario in which patients who need surgery can no longer be protected from infections by antibiotic prophylaxis. Surgeons need to be fully engaged in antibiotic stewardship.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: We investigated the influence of physicians' attitudes on the treatment of chronic prostatitis, and attempted to correlate demographic and professional characteristics with patterns of therapy regarding chronic prostatitis. METHODS: Probability samples were drawn from the Korean Urological Association Registry of Physicians, and a random sample of 850 Korean urologists were asked to complete a questionnaire which explored practice characteristics, attitudes, and diagnostic and treatment strategies for the management of chronic prostatitis. The returned questionnaires were statistically analysed. RESULTS: Of the 850 questionnaires sent, 302 were returned, and 275 of those were included in the final analysis (response rate 32.4%). Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that the type of hospital (P < 0.001) and belief that culture tests helped diagnose chronic prostatitis (P = 0.001) were the most determinant factors with respect to the routine performance or non-performance of culture tests. Most Korean urologists (96.4%) prescribed antibiotics for the primary treatment of chronic prostatitis. Even when primary antibiotic treatment was unsuccessful, urologists frequently prescribed a second course of antibiotics (57.8%). In the multivariate model used, the likelihood of prescribing antibiotics as a secondary treatment varied by the type of hospital, with 0.4-fold odds (odds ratio [OR], 0.43; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.21-0.87; P = 0.019) of the practice occurring in university hospitals, as opposed to primary clinics. According to the same model, the belief that culture tests help to diagnose chronic prostatitis was also an independent influencing factor (OR, 2.29; 95% CI, 1.39-3.77; P = 0.001), whereas the actual performance of culture tests had no statistical significance. CONCLUSION: Our findings suggest that the personal beliefs and professional characteristics of physicians may influence the diagnosis and treatment of chronic prostatitis in Korea.  相似文献

A growing number of clinical studies demonstrate that extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) is a feasible noninvasive method for improving chronic wound healing. This systematic review and meta‐analysis aimed to assess the effectiveness of ESWT compared with that of the standard care treatment for the healing of chronic wounds, irrespective of etiology, in clinical practice. Randomized controlled trials that investigated the effect of ESWT on chronic wounds with different etiologies from 2000 to 2017 were included in this review. The methodological quality of each selected article was rated using the Jadad scale. A fixed or random effects model was used to calculate the pooled effect sizes according to the heterogeneity of the studies. The cumulative effect of ESWT on each outcome was illustrated using forest plots. Seven randomized controlled trials involving 301 subjects were included in this review. Meta‐analyses revealed that the use of ESWT as an adjunct to wound treatment could significantly accelerate the impaired healing process of chronic wounds. Compared with the control treatment, ESWT markedly increased the wound healing rate by 1.86‐fold (OR = 2.86, 95% CI: 1.63–5.03, p = 0.0003) and the percentage of the wound healing area by 30.46% (SMD = 30.46; 95% CI: 23.80–37.12; p < 0.00001). In addition, the wound healing time was reduced by 19 days (SMD = ?19.11, 95% CI: ?23.74–(–14.47), p < 0.00001) in chronic wound patients. No serious complications or adverse effects were observed secondary to the application of ESWT. The above data suggested that ESWT as an adjunct to wound treatment, could more significantly improve the healing process of chronic wounds than the standard care treatment alone. More high‐quality, well‐controlled randomized trials are needed to evaluate the efficacy of ESWT in clinical practice.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To assess factors related to prescribing antibiotics for nonspecific upper respiratory tract infections (URTIs) by office-based osteopathic physicians. METHODS: Retrospective analysis of physician office visits by patients with URTIs, using the National Ambulatory Medical Care Survey database for a 5-year period. Antibiotic prescribing was analyzed based on patient and physician characteristics. Multiple logistic regression modeling was then used to assess the independent contribution of these factors. RESULTS: Between July 1, 1997, and June 30, 2001, there were 9.6 million patient visits to osteopathic physicians for URTIs in the United States. Antibiotics were prescribed in 56.4% (5.41 million) of these visits. Adults, nonwhites, females, patients with a concurrent condition such as acute bronchitis, acute otitis media, acute pharyngitis, acute sinusitis, or asthma, and patients requiring additional medications for their symptoms were more likely to be given antibiotics. In addition, family physicians, physicians who were not owners of their practices, and those practicing in nonmetropolitan areas were more likely to prescribe antibiotics. CONCLUSIONS: Antibiotics were prescribed in more than 4.8 million (50%) patient visits for URTIs. Greater efforts are needed to address some of the factors that influence prescribing practices.  相似文献

Autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) gel is increasingly used in the treatment of a variety of soft and bony tissue defects, such as accelerating bone formation and in the management of chronic non-healing wounds. We performed this study to assess the benefits of using autologous PRP gel in the treatment of acute limb soft tissue wounds. 59 patients with acute wounds (open fractures, closed fractures with skin necrosis and friction burns) were randomised into two groups. Group A (32 patients) were treated with conventional dressings and Group B (27 patients) were managed with local application of PRP gel. Gustillo grade IIIb or IIIc open fractures were not included in this study, as these injuries required coverage with flap. The clinical endpoints were the healing rate and/or the time required to bring about adequate tissue regeneration in order to undergo reconstructive plastic surgery. The rate of wound healing rate was significantly faster in Group B at week 1, 2 and 3 (p=0.003, p<0.001 and p<0.001, respectively). The mean time to plastic reconstruction in Group B was 21.26 days, S.D.=1.35 vs 40.6 days in Group A, S.D.=5.27 (p<0.001). This study has shown that PRP gel treatment can be a valuable and effective aid in the management of acute trauma wounds.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the degree of anxiety in patients in whom the vacuum-assisted closure (VAC) of wounds was used. Psychological evaluations were made on the day before VAC was applied and at the 10(th) day of treatment in 20 patients with traumatic wounds of the lower extremity. Anxiety was measured with the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety and with the State Anxiety Inventory test. The same measurements were also made in 20 further patients with similar wounds but managed with classic treatment as controls. Both groups showed a significant increase in anxiety during the 10 days. The mean (SD) differences in the anxiety scores measured during the 10-day period were significantly higher in the group treated by VAC than in the control group, State Anxiety Inventory test (14.0 (2.3) compared with 2.6 (1.2), p<0.001) and Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety test (4.4 (0.6) compared with 1.3 (0.6), p<0.001). Although we think that VAC is an effective tool for treating lower extremity wounds, we have concerns about possible accompanying psychological effects.  相似文献

Depression slows wound healing in patients with chronic wounds. The prevalence of depressive symptoms differs in the literature and the current understandings of factors related to depression in patients with wounds have been limited. To investigate the prevalence of depressive symptoms and the associated factors in patients with wounds, we performed this retrospective study in which depressive symptoms were evaluated with the Patient Health Questionnaire 9‐item (PHQ‐9). Valid PHQ‐9 scores were collected from 222 patients (112 males and 110 females; age: 64.1 ± 15.8) out of 260 consecutive patients evaluated at an outpatient physical therapy wound clinic during 2012–2015. The proportion of patients with minimal to severe depressive symptoms was 81.5% [80.8% in patients with venous leg ulcers (VLUs) and 82.0% in non‐VLUs]; 22.1% patients with wounds had scored positive for depression (moderate to severe depressive symptoms). Specific proportions of positive depression screening were 26.6% in patients with VLUs and 18.8% in non‐VLU patients, and 14.1 and 40.0% in patients with wounds <90 and ≥ 90 days as of initial examination, respectively. PHQ‐9 scores were significantly decreased from 5.85 ± 6.01 at initial examination to 3.42 ± 4.35 at last visit (p < 0.001). The odds of a positive depression screening was 3.20 (95% CI = [1.49, 6.87]) in patients with wounds ≥ 90 days (vs. < 90 days) and 2.53 (95% CI = [1.26, 5.08]) in patients with pain related to the wounds (vs. without pain), after patients’ age, gender, and race were controlled for. No difference was found in proportions of positive depression screening between VLUs and other wound diagnoses. Depressive symptoms were common in patients with wounds, especially in patients with wounds ≥90 days and with pain related to the wounds at initial examination. Therefore, clinicians should take into consideration patients’ mental status upon management of wounds.  相似文献

A meta-analysis was conducted to comprehensively evaluate the impact of negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) on wound infection and healing in patients with open fracture wounds. Computer searches were performed in EMBASE, Google Scholar, Cochrane Library, PubMed, Wanfang and China National Knowledge Infrastructure databases for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the application of NPWT in open fracture wounds, with the search period covering the databases inception to September 2023. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted data and conducted quality assessments. Stata 17.0 software was employed for data analysis. Overall, 17 RCTs involving 1814 patients with open fracture wounds were included. The analysis revealed that compared with other treatment methods, NPWT significantly shortened the wound healing time (standardized mean difference [SMD] = −2.86, 95% confidence intervals [CI]: −3.51 to −2.20, p < 0.001) and fracture healing time (SMD = −3.14, 95% CI: −4.49 to −1.79, p < 0.001) in patients with open fracture wounds. It also significantly reduced the incidence of wound infection (odds ratio [OR] = 0.36, 95% CI: 0.23–0.56, p < 0.001) and complications (OR = 0.29, 95% CI: 0.20–0.40, p < 0.001). This study indicates that in the treatment of open fracture wounds, NPWT, compared with conventional treatment methods, can accelerate the healing of wounds and fractures, effectively control infections and reduce the occurrence of complications, demonstrating high safety.  相似文献

With the dramatic increase in the aging population, the study and care of wounds in the elderly have become priority topics for both researchers and clinicians. The effects of aging on wound healing in humans have remained controversial. The study was a 5-year epidemiological evaluation of standardized data collected regularly during patients' visits at a specialized Wound Care Center with the aim to determine the key factors influencing the healing of chronic lower extremity wounds. In this analysis of 1,158 chronic wounds, the frequency of wound closure was statistically significantly lower in older patients compared with younger patients. The share of closed wounds decreased by nearly 25% in the elderly patients (≥70 years). The relationship between the patient's age and the proportion of wound closure was nonlinear. The effect of aging on the frequency of wound closure of chronic wounds became clinically apparent after age 60. The chronicity of the wounds was illustrated by their recurrent nature, their long duration, the presence of multiple wounds, and the frequency of concurrent infection. Comorbidity was documented by the coprevalence of up to three underlying diseases related to impaired wound healing. The present study clearly showed that aging affects chronic wound healing negatively.  相似文献

Negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) is the treatment of choice for chronic wounds; yet, it is associated with considerable workload. Prompted by its nonadhesive and wound‐healing properties, this study investigated the effect of an additional polymeric membrane interface dressing (PMD; PolyMem WIC) in NPWT. From October 2011 to April 2013, 60 consecutive patients with chronic leg wounds or surgical site infections after revascularization of lower extremities were randomly allocated to either treatment with conventional NPWT (control arm) or NPWT with an additional PMD (intervention arm). The primary outcome was wound healing achieved within 30 days, the secondary endpoints included: number of days between dressing changes, wound‐related pain, cost efficiency, and occurrence of adverse events ( ClinTrials.gov Identifier: NCT02399722). Forty‐seven patients completed follow‐up. No difference in wound healing was observed (p > 0.05) between both study arms. The additional PMD allowed significantly longer wearing times (days) between dressing changes (intervention: 8.8 ± 0.5, control: 4.8 ± 0.2; p < 0.001). Pain was slightly higher in patients randomized to NPWT alone (VAS score: 4.8 ± 2.9) compared to NPWT + PMD (VAS score: 3.0 ± 2.9, p = 0.063). No wound infections were observed. Costs were reduced by 34% per patient in the intervention arm. These results suggest that the combination of NPWT and an additional interface PMD is a safe and economic method for the treatment of chronic wounds, which requires significantly fewer dressing changes for a comparable wound healing.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis are common and the presenting symptoms vary, although it is not clear how this should influence management. From a health care perspective, an understanding of the speed of symptom resolution is of importance to determine the success of treatment or when a change is indicated because of treatment failure. METHODS: The response of 63 patients treated at home for exacerbations of chronic bronchitis was assessed using a patient directed diary card incorporating sputum characteristics and symptoms. Treatment was given according to the nature of the sputum at presentation; patients with purulent sputum received an antibiotic for 5 or 10 days (randomised, double blind) whereas patients with mucoid sputum received high dose inhaled steroid or placebo for 14 days (randomised, double blind). RESULTS: The mean (SE) total diary card score at presentation was significantly higher in the purulent group than in the mucoid group (19.7 (0.9) v 16.3 (0.9); mean difference -3.4 (95% CI -6.1 to -0.7), p<0.05). In the purulent group sputum colour and volume improved rapidly and in both groups the mean (SE) total diary card score had improved by the fifth day of treatment to 13.0 (0.7) in the purulent group (mean difference -6.6 (95% CI -8.8 to -4.4), p<0.001) and 14.6 (0.8) in the mucoid group (mean difference -1.7 (95% CI -4.0 to 0.8), p<0.05), which was no longer significantly different from the stable state. Diary card scores did not differ significantly between patients who received antibiotics for 5 or 10 days in the purulent group or between patients who received inhaled fluticasone or placebo in the mucoid group. CONCLUSIONS: Exacerbations of chronic bronchitis associated with purulent sputum have significantly worse symptoms at presentation than those with mucoid sputum. In both groups these symptoms resolve rapidly so that by the fifth day of treatment they are no different from the stable state. No significant effect was found on symptom resolution of antibiotic duration (5 v 10 days) in the purulent group or of inhaled fluticasone in the mucoid group, which resolved without antibiotics. Larger numbers may be required to demonstrate a statistically (if not clinically) significant difference.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Elevated left ventricular filling pressures present a major target of therapy for symptomatic heart failure but are difficult to assess directly. Because the relationship of left- and right-sided pressures remains ill defined in chronic heart failure, this study compared 3 right-sided measurements (right atrial [RA] pressure, pulmonary artery systolic [PAS] pressure, and severity of tricuspid regurgitation [TR]) to the pulmonary capillary wedge (PCW) pressure. METHODS: Hemodynamic measurements and echocardiography were available from 1000 patients undergoing transplant evaluation. Right atrial and PAS pressure, and TR severity were compared to PCW pressure. For 754 patients undergoing repeat measurements, changes in RA and PAS pressures were compared to PCW changes. RESULTS: Right atrial pressure correlated with PCW pressure (r = 0.64), regardless of etiology or TR severity. Right atrial pressure changes correlated with PCW changes (r = 0.62). Discordance was defined as either RA > or = 10 mm Hg despite PCW < 22 mm Hg (6%) or RA < 10 mm Hg despite PCW > or = 22 mm Hg (15%). For detection of PCW > or = 22 mm Hg, positive predictive values were 88% for RA > or = 10 mm Hg, 95% for PAS > or = 60 mm Hg, and 79% for > or = moderate TR. Pulmonary artery systolic pressure correlated very closely with PCW (r = 0.79), and could be estimated as 2 x PCW. Reduction in PAS pressure during therapy was strongly determined by PCW pressure reduction (r = 0.67). CONCLUSIONS: Accurate estimation of RA pressure can potentially guide therapy of left ventricular filling pressures in approximately 80% of chronic heart failure patients without obvious non-cardiac disease. In this population, elevated PAS pressures are largely determined by elevated left-sided filling pressures.  相似文献

When wounds are treated with regular insulin, they are also being treated with zinc; used in the formula to crystallize insulin molecules. It is not clear if regular insulin‐accelerated wound healing is due to insulin, the zinc it contains, or both. Thus, we aimed to compare topical regular crystalline insulin (containing zinc) vs. aqueous zinc chloride solution to controls, on healing of open uncomplicated cutaneous wounds. In this randomized controlled pilot study, 90 nondiabetic patients were randomly assigned to one of three groups depending on the twice daily applications received; group I: regular insulin; group II: aqueous zinc chloride solution, and group III: 0.9% saline (control). A questionnaire was used to determine the effect of wounds on the quality of life. Both topical regular crystalline insulin (containing zinc) and aqueous zinc chloride solution enhanced healing of uncomplicated cutaneous wounds of nondiabetic patients, than control (p < 0.001), and hence improved patients' quality of life. However, regular insulin showed better results than aqueous zinc solution (p = 0.015), probably due to synergistic effect between insulin and zinc of its formulation. Healing rate was significantly higher in acute than chronic wounds (p < 0.001), in those ≤40 years than those >40 (p = 0.004), and in upper body wounds than lower body (p = 0.015).  相似文献
