We describe 5 cases of urothelial carcinoma (UC) of the renal pelvis, which grew in a distinctive gross and microscopical pattern into the renal parenchyma. Five patients (2 men and 3 women, mean age 67.4 years) underwent nephrectomy for vague clinical findings. The cut surface of the tumor was white to light gray and the consistency was elastic. The corticomedullary border was indistinct, resulting in an appearance that suggested amyloidosis or myeloma. The renal pelvis showed normal mucosa with areas of dysplastic changes. The tumors spread from the renal pelvis in a diffuse and irregular, infiltrative pattern and surrounded intact glomeruli. Detailed sampling of invasive tumor component showed foci of UC with transitions to clear squamous cells. The predominant clear squamous neoplastic cells had foci of granular eosinophilic cytoplasm and resembled conventional renal cell carcinoma. Four patients were alive and without signs of the disease for 5 months to 4 years after nephrectomy; 1 died of generalized tumor 7 months after nephrectomy. The unusual gross and microscopic features result in varied problems in differential diagnosis, which are discussed herein.  相似文献

Osteoclast-rich undifferentiated carcinomas of the urinary tract.   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Osteoclast-like giant-cell neoplasms of the urinary tract are rare. They are composed of ovoid or spindle-shaped mononuclear cells with evenly spaced osteoclast-like giant cells. Terminology, histogenesis, and biologic behavior of these tumors remain controversial. Six cases of osteoclast-like giant-cell neoplasms of the urinary tract were identified from the consultation files of two of the authors. Patients were all male and elderly (range 65-82), with the exception of one 39-year-old male. In all, 3/6 tumors developed in the bladder and 3/6 in the renal pelvis. Size ranged from 5 to 11 cm. One bladder and three renal pelvis tumors were high stage (pT3) at time of presentation. Adjacent to the osteoclast-like giant-cell neoplasm in the same specimen, all patients had urothelial carcinoma in situ and/or high-grade papillary urothelial carcinoma. Multinucleated cells had identical morphological and immunohistochemical properties of osteoclasts; positive for CD-68, LCA, CD51 and CD54, and negative for cytokeratins and EMA. Varying percentages of mononuclear cells expressed alpha-smooth muscle actin (4/6), desmin (1/6), S-100 (4/6), LCA (2/6) and CD68 (6/6). However, mononuclear cells were also positive for epithelial markers in 4/6 tumors (cytokeratins AE-1/AE-3, Cam 5.2, CK7 and/or EMA). p53 stained mononuclear tumor cells in three cases, paralleling the staining on the accompanying urothelial carcinoma. Ki-67 stained mononuclear tumor cells, but not osteoclast-like giant cells. Follow-up data were available in five cases. One patient developed recurrence of noninvasive urothelial carcinoma and is still alive. Four patients were dead due to disease within 15 months, three with distant metastases. The intimate association of these tumors with urothelial carcinoma along with their immunohistochemical profile supports an epithelial origin for the mononuclear cells and non-neoplastic reactive histiocytic lineage for the osteoclast-like giant cells.  相似文献

The author presents a unique case of a synchronous triple carcinoma of kidney, ureter, and urinary bladder. A 73-year-old man was admitted to our hospital because of hematuria and lumbago. Endoscopy and imaging modalities revealed a bladder tumor, a left ureter tumor, and a left kidney tumor. No other tumors were found in the body by imaging modalities. Cystectomy and left nephroureterectomy were performed. The bladder tumor was a large polypoid tumor consisting of pleomorphic sarcomatoid carcinoma (80%) and high-grade papillary urothelial carcinoma (20%), both invading the deep muscle layer. There were gradual merges between the two. The sarcomatous component was composed of malignant spindle, polygonal, and giant cells. Lymphovascular permeation was pronounced. Immunohistochemically, the sarcomatous element was positive for vimentin and various types of cytokeratins (CK), while the urothelial carcinoma element was positive for various types of CK and negative for vimentin. The ureter tumor was small and obstructed the ureter lumen. It was a pure squamous cell carcinoma without a urothelial component. The ureter tumor invaded the adventitia. A mild degree of lymphovascular invasion was recognized. Immunohistochemically, the tumor cells were positive for various types of CK but negative for vimentin. In the kidney, almost the entire kidney parenchyma was replaced by a tumor. The renal pelvis was broadly erosive but was free of apparent tumors. Histologically, the renal tumor was a pure squamous cell carcinoma without a urothelial component. Broad necrosis was present, and lymphovascular permeation was pronounced. The renal pelvis and calices were devoid of apparent tumor cells, but renal squamous cell carcinoma was present just beneath the pelvis and calices. Immunohistochemically, the kidney tumor was positive for various types of CK and negative for vimentin.  相似文献

We describe 2 adult women (72 and 54 years), 1 with a low-grade noninvasive papillary urothelial carcinoma of the renal pelvis, who 14 years later developed a papillary carcinoma in 1 thyroid lobe and a medullary carcinoma in the contralateral lobe. Both neoplasms were similar in size and appeared symmetrical. Despite its small size, the medullary carcinoma metastasized in multiple cervical lymph nodes. The second patient had a high-grade invasive papillary urothelial carcinoma of the renal pelvis that infiltrated the renal parenchyma and metastasized in one of the lungs. Five months later, a papillary carcinoma was discovered in the thyroid gland. The 2 papillary thyroid carcinomas were of the follicular variant. Adjacent to 1 papillary carcinoma, there was a dominant nodule of a colloid and adenomatous goiter. The medullary carcinoma contained stromal amyloid and was immunoreactive for calcitonin and carcinoembryonic antigen. There was no C-cell hyperplasia (medullary carcinoma in situ). The 2 patients are alive, 1 is living with pulmonary metastasis from the high-grade urothelial carcinoma. Twelve cases of this neoplastic association were registered in the Survey, Epidemiology, and End Results Program from 1980 to 2009. We believe that the combination of these unusual neoplasms in the same patient may represent a new sporadic neoplastic syndrome.  相似文献

We report 5 cases of micropapillary urothelial carcinoma (MPUC) involving the renal pelvis (2), renal pelvis and ureter (2), and proximal ureter (1). The patients were 2 women and 3 men, ages 65 to 92 years (mean, 76.0 years). All tumors showed a high-grade transitional cell carcinoma component, and in 3 cases, there also were areas of in situ carcinoma. The case involving only the ureter occurred in a 65-year-old man with a history of nephrectomy 12 years previously for urothelial carcinoma of the renal pelvis. The tumor recurred in the ureteral stump. In all cases, areas displaying micropapillary architecture were observed. In 2 cases the micropapillary areas were noninvasive; in 1 case a pure invasive pattern was seen; and in 2 cases a mixed invasive and noninvasive pattern was present. the micropapillary pattern was invasive; and the case involving the ureteral stump contained invasive and noninvasive micropapillary carcinoma. All patients died of their tumors from 3 to 24 months after initial diagnosis. MPUC involving the renal pelvis and ureter is associated closely with advanced stages of disease and has highly aggressive behavior. Recognition of this growth pattern is important for prognosis and avoiding misdiagnosis with papillary renal cell carcinoma and other tumors.  相似文献

Thirty-eight cases of carcinoma of the renal pelvis and ureter were evaluated for stage, grade, histologic type, location, presence or absence of vascular invasion, abnormalities in the urothelium adjacent to the tumors, clinical appearance, patient survival, and therapeutic intervention. A good correlation between tumor grade and stage was found in the transitional cell carcinomas. Squamous cell carcinomas were high-stage tumors and transitional cell carcinomas with prominent squamous components were of a higher stage than "pure" transitional cell carcinomas of the same grade. Vascular invasion was present in only high-grade tumors and the squamous cell carcinomas. The degree of atypia present in the urothelium adjacent to the tumors corresponded with the grade of the tumors. Hematuria, with or without associated flank pain, was the most common initial symptom in patients with these neoplasms. Survival was good in stage A neoplasms but poor in higher-stage neoplasms. Appropriate treatment for these tumors remains controversial.  相似文献

Renal medullary carcinoma is a rare, well-recognized highly aggressive tumor of varied histopathology, which occurs in young patients with sickle cell trait or disease. Rhabdoid elements, occasionally seen in high-grade renal tumors including renal medullary carcinoma, possibly represent a pathologic marker of aggressive behavior. INI1 (hSNF5/SMARCB1/BAF47) is a highly conserved factor in the ATP-dependent chromatin-modifying complex. Loss of this factor in mice results in aggressive rhabdoid tumors or lymphomas. In humans, the loss of INI1 expression has been reported in pediatric renal rhabdoid tumors, central nervous system atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumors and epithelioid sarcomas, a possible primary soft tissue rhabdoid tumor. This study compares five renal medullary carcinomas with 10 high-grade renal cell carcinomas (five with rhabdoid features), two urothelial carcinomas and two pediatric renal rhabdoid tumors. All five renal medullary carcinomas, irrespective of histopathology, showed complete loss of INI1 expression similar to that seen in pediatric renal rhabdoid tumors. In contrast, all renal cell carcinomas or urothelial carcinomas, including those with histological rhabdoid features, expressed INI1. Clinically, all five of the patients with renal medullary carcinoma and the two patients with rhabdoid tumors presented with extra-renal metastases at the time of diagnosis. This study demonstrates that renal medullary carcinoma and renal rhabdoid tumor share a common molecular/genetic alteration, which is closely linked to their aggressive biological behavior. However, the absence of INI1 expression is not necessarily predictive of rhabdoid histopathology but remains associated with aggressive behavior in renal medullary carcinoma.  相似文献

Tumors with cribriform appearance, similar to that of salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma, have been described at various anatomic sites. We present an unusual polypoid tumor, discovered incidentally, in the renal pelvis of an elderly man. The mass displayed a prominent cribriform architecture, akin to adenoid cystic carcinoma with an immunophenotype that supported a urothelial origin. Because of its lack of significant invasive growth and other adverse morphologic features, this lesion will likely behave in a banal fashion. This cribriform urothelial neoplasm of the renal pelvis may, in fact, represent a variant of an inverted urothelial neoplasm with a prominent cystic component or florid ureteritis cystica. It is important for pathologists to recognize this growth pattern as a possible variant of urothelial tumors.  相似文献

Extrarenal rhabdoid tumors have been described in a variety of primary sites with only rare case reports of urothelial carcinomas with rhabdoid features in the literature. In this report, we describe the clinicopathologic characteristics, including clinical follow-up on 6 cases of urothelial carcinoma with prominent rhabdoid features. Four cases were retrieved from the consultation files of one of the authors and 2 were retrieved from the surgical pathology files at our institution. The patients were all men, with ages ranging from 53 to 86 years (mean, 66.5 years). Patients initially presented with hematuria or obstructive symptoms. The sites included bladder (n = 4) and renal pelvis (n = 2). All cases had a prominent rhabdoid component (mean, 60%), ranging from 40% to 80%. In addition to the rhabdoid component, multiple coexistent histological components were seen, including in situ urothelial carcinoma (carcinoma in situ) and high-grade papillary urothelial carcinoma (n = 2), poorly differentiated carcinoma with small-cell features (n = 1), sarcomatoid (n = 2), and a myxoid component (n = 2). All cases in this series had focal or diffuse positive staining with one or more cytokeratin markers (epithelial membrane antigen, CAM 5.2, AE1/AE3). Of the 6 patients, 4 were treated initially with surgery (radical cystoprostatectomy, n = 2; radical nephrectomy, n = 2). Of 6 patients, 2 died within 1 month, whereas a third patient died within 4 months. The remaining 3 patients were alive at 3, 3, and 9 months after diagnosis. The histological and immunohistochemical findings in this study serve to broaden the morphological spectrum of urothelial carcinomas with prominent rhabdoid features and add further evidence as to their poor prognosis.  相似文献

Tumors of the renal pelvis account for approximately 7% to 8% of all renal malignancies, greater than 90% of these are of urothelial (transitional cell) origin. These tumors more typically occur in the sixth to eight decade with a slight male preponderance. Varying risk factors for urothelial carcinomas of the upper tract are recognized including environmental and occupational hazards, chemotherapeutic exposure, and previous history of urinary bladder or ureteral carcinomas. Tumor multifocality is frequent and additional tumors may arise in the ureter, bladder, or on the contralateral side. The histopathologic nuances presented by urothelial carcinoma in this region are generally similar to those in the urinary bladder. Though the World Health Organization 2004/International Society of Urological Pathology system used in the bladder is customarily also employed for grading of urothelial tumors of this region, its prognostic significance at this site is not entirely clear as most tumors are treated with nephroureterectomy irrespective of the grade of the tumor. Histologic grade may be an independent prognostic factor in papillary pT1 tumors; however, most pT2 and higher stage tumors tend to be nonpapillary and of higher grade. Despite advances in treatment modalities with sophisticated endoscopic techniques, tumor stage remains the most important prognostic factor. There are several confounding issues related to staging such as the variable presence and thickness of subepithelial connective tissue and muscularis in the renal calyces, renal pelvis, and the ureter; intratubular pagetoid cancer spread (pTis vs. pT3); and assessing invasion in papillary neoplasms with endophytic or inverted growth. Careful gross examination with adequate sampling and understanding the microanatomy of the pelvicalyceal wall are crucial for accurate stage assignment. Poor fixation of large friable tumors and processing artifacts may compound difficulties in accurate staging. This review focuses on urothelial carcinoma of the upper tract highlighting issues related to its diagnosis, staging, and reporting.  相似文献

Although breast carcinomas have been shown to produce various ectopic substances, including human chorionic gonadotropin, it is rare to identify morphologic differentiation compatible with the hormone produced by a tumor. Presently, only eight cases of breast carcinoma with focal choriocarcinomatous differentiation have been reported in the literature. This article describes the pathologic findings, immunohistochemical profile, and clinical course in two additional cases of this unusual variant of breast carcinoma. In the first case, the tumor had morphologic features suggestive of medullary carcinoma, and the patient is doing well 12 months after presentation. In the second case, the tumor was locally advanced at presentation with histologic features consistent with metaplastic carcinoma having squamous, sarcomatoid, and choriocarcinomatous elements. The patient presented with extensive multifocal metastases 6 months after the initial presentation and is not responding well to standard or experimental treatment regimen. Immunostaining for the beta subunit of human chorionic gonadotropin was localized mostly, but not entirely, to multinucleated syncytiotrophoblast-like giant cells within both tumors.  相似文献

The nested variant of urothelial carcinoma is an uncommon form of urothelial carcinoma with distinctive histopathologic features. The majority of cases of this unusual type of urothelial carcinoma have been described in the urinary bladder, with examples of this neoplasm involving the upper urinary tract being extremely limited. The present report details the clinical and pathologic features of an unusual case of a nested variant of urothelial carcinoma occurring in the renal pelvis of a 71-year-old woman. The tumor was characterized by a nested pattern of growth and relatively bland cytologic features, and presented with locally advanced disease at the time of nephroureterectomy. Although rare, awareness that the nested variant of urothelial carcinoma may occur at this particular site is important so as not to confuse this unusual form of urothelial carcinoma with other pathologic lesions of the renal pelvis.  相似文献

Collecting duct carcinoma: an entity to be redefined?   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
Collecting duct carcinomas (CDCs) are highly aggressive tumors with poor survival at 1 year and are often metastatic at the time of diagnosis. It has been shown that patients may have better survival when treated with a chemotherapy regimen used for urothelial carcinoma. Such tumors must therefore be recognized, but their pathological diagnosis remains difficult. The two main differential diagnoses are renal pelvis urothelial carcinoma with infiltration of the kidney and/or high-grade and high-stage papillary renal cell carcinoma. The aim of our study was to compare the immunophenotype of 14 CDCs with 6 renal pelvis urothelial carcinomas (RPUC) infiltrating the medulla. The following markers were evaluated: ulex europeus aglutinin (UEA), peanuts aglutinin, vimentin and aquaporin 3 (AQP-3), a membrane component of normal collecting duct and urothelial cells. We were able to define a reproductive urothelial phenotype AQP-3+, vimentin– and UEA+. Among the 14 CDCs, 10 cases demonstrated this immunophenotype. It coincided with an urothelial-like trabecular and tubular pattern. In contrast, the 4 remaining papillary CDCs had the inverse pattern, AQP-3–, vimentin+ and UEA–. These results suggest that: (1) the trabecular and tubular variant of CDC with the urothelial AQP-3+, vimentin– phenotype can be included in the spectrum of urothelial diseases; (2) the papillary variant probably does not belong to the same entity; (3) AQP-3 is a marker of interest for improving the histological classification of CDC and unclassified aggressive renal tumors.  相似文献

We report an extremely rare case of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the renal pelvis associated with an incompletely duplicated renal pelvis and ureter. A 71-year-old woman presented with left lower back pain and gross hematuria. Urinary cytology showed atypical squamous cells. Computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and retrograde pyelography revealed left incompletely duplicated renal pelvis and ureter and a mass in the left upper renal pelvis. A clinical diagnosis of left renal pelvic cancer was made and the patient underwent total nephroureterectomy. Histological examination of the resected specimen revealed SCC with marked keratinization in the upper renal pelvis. The tumor had invaded the renal parenchyma and perinephric fat. There was no urothelial carcinoma component. The pathological stage was pT4 N0. There was no evidence of recurrence 6 months postoperatively. Because the prognosis of SCC of the upper urinary tract is poor, urologists and pathologists should be aware that SCC may develop in duplicated urinary systems.  相似文献

The unusual spectrum of neuroendocrine lung neoplasms   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Neoplasms of the lungs showing neuroendocrine differentiation are classified histologically into the following groups: (1) carcinoid, (2) atypical carcinoid (well-differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma and malignant carcinoid, (3) small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (small cell undifferentiated carcinoma and oat cell carcinoma), and (4) large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (atypical endocrine tumor of the lung and intermediate neuroendocrine carcinoma). Nine examples of neuroendocrine lung carcinomas are discussed that have unusual histologic features that make it difficult to assign them to one of the above groups, have unusual immunohistochemical features, have unusual ultrastructural features, or exhibit a biologic behavior different from what one would have predicted from their morphologic appearance. The findings in these nine cases suggest that the present classification of neuroendocrine lung neoplasms may be too precise and that these neoplasms, like other nonneuroendocrine pulmonary tumors, exhibit a wider morphologic and biologic spectrum than previously appreciated.  相似文献

Despite progress in the classification of renal cell carcinomas (RCC), a subset of these carcinomas remains unclassified (RCC-U). Patients with RCC-U usually present at a late stage and have a poor prognosis. Several studies have attempted to extract new classifications of newly recognized renal carcinomas from the group of RCC-U. However, to date, no studies in the literature have attempted to characterize the RCC-U with unrecognizable cell types beyond the morphologic evaluation on H&E-stained sections. The purpose of this study was to evaluate this group of RCC-U using electron microscopy and novel renal markers. Ten cases of such RCC-U were identified for this study. At the ultrastructural level, they did not show typical morphology that resembled any of the well-studied, recognizable subtypes of RCC. However, they did reveal features of renal tubular epithelial differentiation. The histologic, ultrastructural, and immunophenotypic features indicated that these tumors are poorly differentiated renal epithelial tumors, possibly derived from the proximal nephron, with an immunohistochemical profile similar to high-grade clear cell RCC. It is, therefore, proposed that this group of renal carcinomas be renamed “poorly differentiated renal cell carcinoma, not otherwise specified.” The current study showed that PAX-8 and carbonic anhydrase IX are reliable markers for this novel group of renal carcinoma, and that electron microscopy is an important adjunct in the evaluation of new and unusual renal entities.  相似文献

There is limited literature available comparing SurePath (SP) with conventional cytospins (CS) for urine cytology specimens, especially urothelial carcinoma. In this study, urinary tract cytology cases of high-grade urothelial carcinoma were assessed on SP and CS slides. Also, the morphologic differences of high-grade urothelial carcinoma between SP and CS were evaluated on a total of 35 cases of high-grade urothelial carcinoma. SP showed that the tumor cells tend to present as three-dimensional groups and have a smaller cell size than CS. In terms of nuclear features, SP and CS were found to be comparable in morphologic assessment of the tumor cells, with CS providing a slightly better visualization.  相似文献

Bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant diseases. Since a high-rate of recurrence is a serious problem for early stage urothelial carcinomas, new strategies for the management of recurrent urothelial carcinomas have been explored. CD109 is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored glycoprotein and is expressed in various cancer tissues, mainly squamous cell carcinomas. CD109 negatively controls transforming growth factor (TGF)-β/Smad signaling in vitro. In this study, we analyzed the clinical significance of CD109 expression in bladder cancer using immunohistochemistry. Of 156 urothelial carcinoma tissues, 69.9% were positive for CD109, whereas CD109 was not expressed in seven normal bladder epithelia. CD109 expression was significantly higher in non-muscle-invasive (pTa+pT1) or low-grade (G1+G2) tumors than in muscle-invasive (pT2-4) or high-grade (G3) tumors, and was associated with cancer-specific survival. Simultaneous immunostaining of CD109 and phosphorylated Smad2 showed an inverse immunoreactivity relationship between the two, suggesting that CD109 inhibits TGF-β/Smad signaling in tumor tissues. Interestingly, CD109 was found to be highly expressed in the basal layer of non-invasive urothelial carcinomas, and the expression pattern was similar to that of CD44, a marker of cancer stem cells. These findings suggest that CD109 is involved in bladder tumorigenesis and is a potential target for cancer immunotherapy.  相似文献

We present the clinicopathological features of 56 cases of the nested variant of urothelial bladder carcinoma. This is an uncommon variant of bladder cancer, recognized by the current WHO classification of urologic tumors. The nested component represented 100 % of the tumor in 24 cases. The architectural pattern of the tumor varied from solid expansile to infiltrative nests characterized by deceptively bland histologic features resembling von Brunn nests. Typical features of high-grade conventional urothelial carcinoma were present in 32 cases. Most neoplastic cells had nuclei of low to intermediate nuclear grade with occasional nuclear enlargement, most frequently seen in deep areas of tumor. The nested component expressed cytokeratins 7, 20, CAM5.2, and high molecular weight (34ßE12), p63, Ki67, p53, p27, and GATA3. Tumor extension was T1 (n?=?9), minimally T2 (n?=?10), T2a (n?=?1), T2b (n?=?4), T3a (n?=?8), T3b (n?=?13), and T4a (n?=?11). On follow-up, 36 of patients died of or were alive with disease from 2 to 80 months (mean 21 months). Four patients died of other causes. Eleven other patients remained disease free. Univariate survival analysis showed no differences for nested carcinoma compared with conventional urothelial carcinoma. As in conventional urothelial carcinoma, in nested carcinoma of the bladder pT category defined different survival groups. In summary, nested variant of urothelial bladder carcinoma is typically associated with advanced stage. In samples of limited volume, it may be misdiagnosed as proliferation of von Brunn nests or other nested-like bladder lesions, delaying definitive therapy.  相似文献

Morphologic features alone can usually be used to distinguish prostatic adenocarcinoma and urothelial carcinoma of the urinary bladder. Poorly differentiated tumors, however, can occasionally have features of both neoplasms, making determination of site of origin difficult. No study has provided a panel of antibodies to assist in the distinction of these two tumors. For this study, 73 examples of moderately and poorly differentiated prostatic adenocarcinoma and 46 examples of high-grade urothelial carcinoma were obtained from radical resection specimens. Immunohistochemical studies were performed using the following panel of antibodies: cytokeratin (CK) 7, CK 20, 34betaE12, Leu M1, carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)m, CEAp, p53, Leu 7, prostate-specific acid phosphatase (PSAP), prostate-specific antigen (PSA), and B72.3. Mucicarmine was also performed. Intermediate and high-grade prostatic carcinoma were compared and then high-grade prostatic carcinoma was compared with high-grade urothelial carcinoma. PSA and PSAP each stained 94% of prostatic adenocarcinomas, but no urothelial carcinomas. Leu 7 stained 94% of prostate and 17% of urothelial carcinomas. Over half of the urothelial carcinomas showed positivity for 34betaE12 (65%), as did two cases of prostatic carcinoma (6%). Eighty-three percent of urothelial carcinomas and 12% of prostatic adenocarcinomas stained with CK 7. Forty-one percent of urothelial carcinomas and 12% of prostatic carcinomas were reactive for CEAm, and p53 stained 33% and 3% of urothelial and prostatic adenocarcinomas, respectively. No significant difference was seen in the expression of CEAp, CK 20, B72.3, Leu M1, or mucicarmine between prostate and urothelial carcinoma. We propose a panel of six antibodies to assist in the distinction of high-grade prostatic adenocarcinoma from high grade urothelial carcinoma: PSA, PSAP, 34betaE12, Leu 7, CK 7, and p53. The first three antibodies should be used initially; if results are negative, the remaining antibodies may be employed.  相似文献
