目的探讨男性吸烟者急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者的冠状动脉硬化情况及早期血脂特点。方法将107例AMI患者按是否吸烟分为2组,吸烟组68例,非吸烟组39例,均行冠状动脉造影,以冠状动脉平均病变支数及Gensini积分,定量分析冠状动脉病变情况;检测入院后24 h内血脂水平,比较2组患者血脂水平差异。结果吸烟组冠状动脉平均病变支数、Gensini积分均高于非吸烟组,其中冠状动脉平均病变支数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Gensini积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者AMI早期,TG、载脂蛋白B(apo B)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(apo A)差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论男性吸烟者AMI冠状动脉硬化比非吸烟者严重,男性吸烟者AMI早期,除apoA及TG外,血脂水平与非吸烟者患者比较,差异无统计学意义。  相似文献

生产工人吸烟、被动吸烟对淋巴细胞DNA损伤的分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的探讨生产工人吸烟、被动吸烟对淋巴细胞DNA损伤的影响.方法用彗星电泳方法测定359名电梯厂工人(男性252人,女性107人)外周血淋巴细胞DNA的损伤,205人为生产作业工人,另154人为管理人员(对照组).结果吸烟可使DNA损伤增加(P<0.001),测定的彗星矩(Tail Moment,TM)以每日吸烟者为最大(0.93 μm),其次为偶尔吸烟者(0.76 μm)和戒烟者(0.70 μm),而以从不吸烟者为最小(0.56 μm);被动吸烟亦可使TM增加(P=0.021);生产工人DNA损伤增加的TM值远大于管理人员[0.74 μm(0.68~0.80)与0.53 μm(0.49~0.56),P<0.001];协方差分析表明吸烟(P<0.001)、被动吸烟(P<0.032)和性别(男性,P<0.001)对TM值有影响,DNA损伤与年龄(P=0.001)呈正相关.结论吸烟、被动吸烟可致淋巴细胞DNA损伤,男性较女性DNA损伤为重,年龄与DNA损伤呈线性相关.  相似文献

173例健康男性按是否吸烟分为两组,测定红细胞变形能力、血液生化及血流变学10项。结果表明健康男性吸烟者红细胞变形能力明显下降(P<0.01)。两组血脂、血糖、纤维蛋白元、血色素均无明显差异;血沉、HCT、高切与低切变率下全血粘度均可见显著变化。提示吸烟可改变血液粘弹性。  相似文献

目的比较非酒精性脂肪肝患者性别之间生化代谢差异,探讨预防控制策略。方法检测973名体检者的总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLO)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)、葡萄糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(T-CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)、载脂蛋白B100(apoB100),计算non-HDL-C、apoB100/apoA1、LDL-C/HDL-C、apoB100/HDL-C、TC/HDL-C比值,并对89例非酒精性脂肪肝与202名体检健康者(对照组)进行比较。结果脂肪肝患病率为9.05%,男性患病率12.53%,显著高于女性的6.0%(P<0.05);与对照组比较,59例男性患者的ALT、IBIL、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、apoA1、non-HDL-C、apoB100/apoA1、LDL-C/HDL-C、apoB100/HDL-C、TC/HDL-C差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),30例女性患者的AST、TBIL、DBIL、IBIL、GLU、T-CHO、TG、LDL-C、apoA1、non-HDL-C、apoB100/apoA1、LDL-C/HDL-C、apoB100/HDL-C、TC/HDL-C差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);non-HDL-C与TC、LDL-C、TG、HDL-C、apoA1、apoB100、apoB100/apoA1、TC/HDL均显著相关(相关系数0.4113~0.9893,P<0.01)。结论非酒精性脂肪肝普遍具有代谢异常和肝脏受损特点,且性别之间表现不同,应采取针对性措施进行必要的预防和干预。  相似文献

[目的]研究≤45岁早发冠心病(CHD)人群的危险因素特点.[方法]研究对象为2004年01月~2006年12月住院行冠状动脉造影检查者,年龄均≤45岁,共计189例.按冠脉造影结果进行分组,其中126例冠状动脉营 腔狭窄≥50%者定为CHD组,63例冠状动脉管腔狭窄<50%者确定为对照组.全部研究对象均进行详细病史采集和相应血生化指标测定.从外周血白细胞中抽提脱氧核糖核苷酸(DNA),采甩酚/氨仿方法;传统多聚酶链反应(PCR)加内切酶技术检测纤维蛋白原βHaelll多态性.血浆纤维蛋白原测定采用凝血酶方法.血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固酵(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)测定采用标准酶法.高血压、糖尿病入选标准:①既往有明确高血压病、糖尿病诊断者;(②本次入院确诊者.每日吸烟一支以上超过一年定为吸烟者.所有效据 采用SPSS11.0统计软件进行统计分析,危险因素分析采用t检验和χ2检验,P<0.05认为差异有统计学意义.[结果]两组年龄、性别、TC、TG、LDL-C和血浆纤维蛋白原水平均无统计学差异;吸烟、高血压、糖尿病、血清HDL-C浓度以及纤维蛋白原βHae111多态性分布两组间均显示明显不同.[结论]≤45岁CHD人群危险因素分布特点以吸烟、高血压、糖尿病者居多,HDL-C保护机制降低,并明显受纤维蛋白原基因βHae111多态性的影响.  相似文献

目的了解不同程度被动吸烟与血糖、血脂的关系。方法收集2012年5月—2014年5月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院心内科病房以胸痛或可疑冠心病收入院并行64排冠脉增强CT(CTA)或选择性冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查的≤55岁住院患者(男性≤55岁,女性≤65岁)临床资料,采用病例对照研究方法,分析不同程度被动吸烟与血糖、血脂的关系。结果本研究共面访调查352例患者,其中无被动吸烟者180人,轻度被动吸烟者84人,重度被动吸烟者88人。血糖、血脂水平比较显示,血糖、高密度脂蛋白三组之间差异有统计学意义。对被动吸烟程度进行趋势检验显示,被动吸烟程度逐渐加重,血糖升高比例、高密度脂蛋白下降比例随之增加。不同程度被动吸烟组进行两两比较发现,重度被动吸烟组与无被动吸烟组的血糖、高密度脂蛋白差异有统计学意义。结论重度被动吸烟可能增加高血糖、低高密度脂蛋白的发生。  相似文献

飞行员吸烟量对血脂异常的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的研究飞行员吸烟量对血总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白AⅠ(ApoAⅠ)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)及冠心病发病的影响,为飞行员冠心病的防治提供依据。方法采用流行病学问卷调查表的形式,对272名飞行员(其中吸烟者169例,不吸烟者103例)吸烟史的情况进行调查,按吸烟量分为吸烟0、1、2、3级。对比分析4个等级组间血脂水平、心电图、平板运动试验及冠脉造影阳性率情况。结果35~44岁年龄组飞行员的吸烟率(58.9%)高于22~34年龄组(48.7%)和45~55岁年龄组(43.3%)。吸烟3级TC、TG、TC/HDL、LDL水平显著高于吸烟0级和1级(P<0.05),ApoB显著高于吸烟1级,HDL、ApoAⅠ显著低于吸烟0级和1级(P<0.05,P<0.01))。吸烟3级心肌缺血阳性率(30.6%)显著高于0级(14.6%)、1级(10.4%)和2级(8.0%,P<0.05)。结论吸烟是导致中青年飞行员血脂异常的危险因素之一,使心肌缺血的危险性增加;飞行员冠心病的预防重点应放在中青年吸烟等危险因素的控制上。  相似文献

目的 探讨吸烟、被动吸烟与肺癌的关联.方法 采用病例对照研究设计,面访肺癌新发病例1 303例和按性别、年龄(±2岁)频数匹配的健康对照1 303例.结果 吸烟是男性肺癌的重要危险因素(调整OR=4.974,95% CI:3.933 ~6.291),随着开始吸烟年龄提前、吸烟年限延长、日吸烟量、吸烟包年以及吸烟深度的增加,患肺癌危险性增高,呈剂量反应关系(Ptrend<0.001),戒烟≥10年患肺癌的危险性降低45.4%.男性吸烟患肺鳞癌的危险性比患肺腺癌大.被动吸烟是非吸烟者肺癌的危险因素(调整OR=1.912,95%CI:1.486~2.460),工作环境被动吸烟的男性非吸烟者患肺癌的调整OR为2.221(95%CI:1.361 ~3.625),家庭环境被动吸烟的女性非吸烟者患肺癌的调整OR为1.804(95% CI:1.270~2.562).68.04%男性肺癌的发生可归因于吸烟,26.51%非吸烟者肺癌的发生可归因于被动吸烟.结论 吸烟是肺癌的重要危险因素,工作环境被动吸烟是男性非吸烟者肺癌的主要危险因素,家庭环境被动吸烟是女性肺癌的主要危险因素.戒烟具有重大的公共卫生学意义.  相似文献

调查188例脑卒中病人及188例正常对照的吸烟情况后发现,吸烟与脑卒中有关,其OR=2.13,P<0.001,随着吸烟年限的延长、吸烟量的增加,患脑卒中的危险性也在增加(OR分别为1.02、P<0.001和1.21、P<0.OO1);开始吸烟年龄越大越容易患病,OR=1.02,P<0.05。被动吸烟也与脑卒中密切相关(OR=6.56,P<0.001)。经高血压病史调整后,吸烟、被动吸烟仍与脑卒中密切相关。通过病例组与对照组血脂分析发现:病例组中吸烟者TC及HDL-C明显低于非吸烟者;对照组吸烟者与非吸烟者血脂水平无明显差异。  相似文献

目的:探讨绝经后非吸烟女性2型糖尿病周围血管病变的易患因素。方法:40例非吸烟绝经后女性2型糖尿病病人通过多普勒超声检查踝肱指数(AAI)分为实验组20名(AAI<0.97),对照组20名(AAI>1.0),两组病人均在一夜空腹后抽取静脉血分别测定血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、脂蛋白、血纤维蛋白原,同时留取24h尿液测定尿微白蛋白(UAE)。结果:实验组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、脂蛋白a〔Lp(a)〕、载脂蛋白B(apoB)均略高于对照组,而高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和载脂蛋白A(apoA)略低于对照组,统计学上差异无显著性,而血纤维蛋白原和24h尿UAE均显著高于对照组,统计学上差异显著。结论:血纤维蛋白原及尿微白蛋白可作为2型糖尿病周围血管病发病的独立因素。  相似文献

经对生活和工作环境相似的40~69岁健康男性工人吸烟组697人和不吸烟组841人的对比观察,说明吸烟对健康人血清脂蛋白组分胆固醇水平有明显影响。吸烟组HDL-C、HDL2-C、HDL3-C、HDL2-C/HDL3-C明显低于不吸烟组,LDL-C、VLDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C明显高于不吸烟组,且与吸烟量、时间、习惯呈剂量反应关系。吸烟是降低HDL-C、HDL2-C、HDL3-C、HDL2-C/HDL3-C和升高LDL-C、VLDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C的危险因素。与不吸烟组相比,吸烟降低HDL-C等4项指标水平和升高LDL-C等3项指标水平的RR分别为1.09~5.77和2.37~3.59。被动吸烟者HDL-C等7项指标水平与轻度吸烟者相似,说明被动吸烟对血清脂蛋白组分胆固醇有明显影响。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Chronic environmental tobacco smoke (ETS) exposure increases individuals risk of coronary artery disease by reducing high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). Currently, there is limited research on the acute effects of ETS on HDL-C. This study examined the acute influence of ETS on HDL-C and its subfractions. METHODS: Twelve male subjects (25.7 +/- 3.0 years) were examined to determine the influence of an acute 6-h exposure to ETS on lipid and lipoprotein levels. Baseline blood samples were drawn before ETS exposure from an antecubital vein at 6 am, 2 pm, and 10 pm. The following day, subjects were exposed to 6 h of ETS, approximately 4-10 pm. Blood was again collected at 8, 16 and 24 h following ETS exposure. Blood was assayed for total cholesterol (TC), HDL-C and its subfractions HDL(2)-C and HDL(3)-C. RESULTS: As a result of ETS exposure, HDL-C and HDL(2)-C levels were significantly reduced by 18% and 37%, respectively. This effect was sustained, with a decrease in HDL-C of 13% and HDL2-C of 28% still evident at 24-h post-exposure. TC was unchanged (pre- 187.3 +/- 41.6 and post- 187.0 +/- 46.3); however, there were significant decreases in the TC/HDL-C and HDL2-C/HDL3-C ratios by 16% and 29%, respectively, which were sustained for 24 h. CONCLUSIONS: The findings of this study demonstrate that a 6-h exposure has a negative impact on lipid and lipoprotein profiles and that these levels remained depressed for at least 24 h.  相似文献

目的 研究肥胖儿童血脂水平的影响因素,为高危儿童早期干预提供临床依据。方法 本实验为病例对照研究,对两组分别进行体格测量、家族相关病史、饮食及生活方式情况问询,并抽取空腹静脉血作甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、高密度脂蛋白(high-density lipoprotein,HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(low-density lipoprotein,LDL)、载脂蛋白A(apolipoprotein A,apoA)、载脂蛋白 B(apolipoprotein B,apoB)检测,另外对两组儿童进行载脂蛋白E(apolipoprotein E,apoE)基因多态性等位基因测定,从环境和基因两方面分析影响肥胖儿童血脂的因素。结果 与对照组比较,肥胖儿童有较高的血脂异常率;父母高血脂、心血管家族史、高脂肪饮食和运动等对血脂异常的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同等位基因对血脂的影响不同,apoE3型等位基因有较高的TG、TC、LDL水平和较低HDL、apoA水平,apoE4型有较高的血TG、apoB水平和较低的HDL、apoA水平(P<0.05)。肥胖儿童组内比较,以apoE3为参照,apoE2等位基因呈现出较低水平的TC、LDL和apoB(P>0.05),而apoE4则具有较高的TG、apoB水平和较低的HDL水平(P<0.01); 结论 父母高脂血症、心血管家族史、父母肥胖史、高脂肪饮食、运动及aopE基因多态性是肥胖儿童血脂异常的影响因素,其中apoE4等位基因是血脂异常的风险基因之一,与肥胖儿童的血脂异常存在显著相关性。  相似文献

Correlations of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), expressed in either absolute or relative terms, with a series of coronary risk factors and other variables were examined in the Israeli Ischemic Heart Disease Study sample. The Quetelet overweight index showed the highest correlations with HDL-C (r = -0.21) as well as with HDL-C as a percentage of total cholesterol (TC) (HDL/TC; r = -0.28). Additional negative inverse associations were statistically different from zero but small. High-density lipoprotein cholesterol and HDL/TC were significantly reduced in cigarette smokers, and HDL/TC was significantly reduced in men with myocardial infarction or angina pectoris and (albeit marginally) in diabetes mellitus as well. The presence of these diseases correlated poorly with HDL-C (absolute values). The associations of HDL-C and HDL/TC with the Quetelet index persisted after adjustment for cigarette smoking and vice versa. Reported dietary intake failed to explain HDL-C or HDL/TC variability among individuals. The "net" relationship of HDL-C to several variables was examined in a multiple regression analysis. The Quetelet index accounted for 0.21 of a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.28 (i.e., a very small proportion of explained variability). This magnitude is of an order similar to multiple correlations found in our study for total cholesterol, systolic blood pressure, and serum uric acid. It indicates that our knowledge of the determinants of HDL-C in adults is insufficient. The possible roles of several anthropometric and behavioral variables in determining HDL-C levels are considered, as is the possible genetic factor in dictating interindividual HDL-C variability.  相似文献

Objectives

There has been recent interest in spicy foods and their bioactive ingredients for cardiovascular health. This study aims to explore relationship between spicy food consumption frequency and serum lipid profiles in a cross-sectional sample of older Chinese from China Health and Nutrition Survey (CHNS).

Methods

A total of 1549 participant aged 65 years and above from CHNS 2009 were included in the analysis. Information on spicy food consumption was obtained using a questionnaire survey and 24h dietary recalls over three consecutive days combined with weighted food inventory. Fasting blood samples were analyzed for total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein A1 (apoA1) and apolipoprotein B (apoB). Correlations between spicy food consumption frequency and serum lipid profiles were evaluated by multivariate linear regression models.

Results

The result shows a significant positive association between frequency of spicy food consumption estimated by the frequency question and daily spicy food intake calculated from 24h recall. After adjustment for potential lifestyle and dietary confounding factors, men with higher frequency of spicy food consumption showed higher apoA1 level, and lower ratio of LDL-C/apoB (p for trend <0.05). For female, frequency of spicy food consumption was significantly associated with TC, LDL-C, apoB, LDL-C/HDL-C, and apoB/apoA1 in an inverse manner, and positively correlated with apoA1 level (p for trend <0.05).

Conclusion

In this study with Chinese aged 65y and above, increased spicy food consumption frequency may favorably associated with some risk factors for cardiovascular diseases.

目的:探讨富硒绿茶对心血管的保护作用。方法:将Wistar大鼠分为4组,分别饲以标准饲料+常规饮水、标准饲料+硒茶、高脂饲料+常规饮水、高脂饲料+硒茶。12w后测定体重、载脂蛋白apoA、apoB、全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞压积、计算纤维蛋白原比粘度、红细胞聚集指数。结果:高脂对照组(HC)体重明显高于正常对照组(NC)、硒茶组(ST)和高脂硒茶组(HST);ST组和HST组apoA水平明显高于NC组和HC组、apoB/apoA比值明显低于NC组和HC组;ST组全血比粘度和血浆比粘度明显低于NC组,HST组全血比粘度、血浆比粘度及红细胞聚集指数均显著低于HC组。结论:富硒绿茶能显著降低高脂饮食大鼠体重、改善脂蛋白代谢和血流状态,对大鼠心血管系统有一定的保护作用。  相似文献

目的研究酸化豆粉对大鼠降血脂和抗氧化作用的影响。方法将SD雄性大鼠根据体重和血胆固醇水平分为3组,普通饲料对照组、高脂饲料组及10%酸化豆粉组,饲养6周后,测定大鼠空腹血脂、载脂蛋白及抗氧化指标水平的变化。结果酸化豆粉可显著降低大鼠血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、甘油三脂及血清载脂蛋白B浓度,增高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及血清载脂蛋白A水平,同时增高载脂蛋白A/载脂蛋白B比值;酸化豆粉组大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶及血清硒水平显著升高,脂质过氧化产物水平显著降低。结论酸化豆粉预防大鼠高血脂及抗氧化作用明显,提示酸化豆粉有成为心血管保健食品的潜力和意义。  相似文献

Summary In a controlled study, ten male volunteers were subjected to different smoking and passive smoking conditions. After 60 h of strictly controlled nonsmoking, five smokers were exposed to mainstream smoke only, while five nonsmokers were exposed to the gas phase of environmental tobacco smoke (ETS). In a second experiment smokers were mainstream and ETS exposed, while nonsmokers were exposed to complete ETS. Blood was drawn before and after smoking and DNA adducts were analysed from blood monocytes by the32P-postlabelling assay, using the nuclease P1 enhancement method. We detected DNA adducts in monocytes of all probands. These adducts unrelated to smoking showed interindividual differences but only minor intraindividual changes in four samples of the same donor. After smoking interindividually variable additional adducts were visible in active smokers only. These smoking-related adducts had disappeared after 40 h of nonsmoking and reappeared again in three out of five smokers after the second smoking period. We conclude that smoking causes an interindividually variable pattern of DNA adducts in active smokers. These adducts disappear in less than 2 d, owing to the fast turnover of monocytes in the intravascular system. The effects described could not be observed in heavily exposed passive smokers.  相似文献

Thirty-four women CHD cases (22 cases diagnosed by coronary arteriography and 12 myocardial infarction) and 68 of non-CHD controls (34 hospital based and 34 population based), matched on age (within five years), race, residence, occupation (and case is to control as 1:2), were interviewed regarding the smoking habits of themselves and their husbands. The odds ratio (i.e. OR) of non-smoking women CHD associated with having a smoking husband are 3.00-3.52, OR 95% CI do not include 1. Significant dose-response relationships between OR of women's CHD and their husband's cigarette consumption, duration of passive smoking and cumulative quantity of passive smoking were found in the study. The logistic regression model analysis with other CHD risk factors showed that the relationship with CHD and passive smoking still existed. It was found that the metabolism of HDL-cholesterol and apolipoproteins with passive smokers was abnormal.  相似文献

The cord blood lipid profile may be associated with lifelong changes in the metabolic functions of the individual. The aim of the present study was for the first time in Iran to assess the cord blood lipid profile of neonates, as well as some of its environmental influencing factors. The subjects were 442 (218 boys and 224 girls) normal vaginal delivery newborns. Overall, 14.4% of neonates were preterm and the rest were full-term. In total, 9.2% (n = 35) of the full-term newborns were small-for-gestational-age (SGA), of which 16 had a ponderal index (PI) below the 10th percentile (SGA I) and 19 had a PI above the 10th percentile (SGA II), 5.5% (n = 21) were large-for-gestational-age (LGA), and the remainder were appropriate-for-gestational-age (AGA).Before becoming pregnant, 6.9% of mothers were underweight, 49.3% had normal body mass index (BMI), 39.4% were overweight and 4.4% were obese. Total and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in girls were significantly higher than in boys (80.3 +/- 33.3 and 31.1 +/- 9.9 vs. 73.3 +/- 23.1 and 28.8 +/- 8.7 mg/dL, respectively, P < 0.05). The mean apolipoprotein A (apoA) of neonates with underweight mothers was significantly lower, and the mean apoB level of those with overweight mothers was significantly higher than other neonates. The mean low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), HDL-C and apoA of the LGA newborns were significantly lower, and their apoB was significantly higher compared with AGA and SGA neonates. The SGA I neonates had significantly lower total cholesterol, LDL-C, HDL-C and apoA, as well as higher triglycerides, lipoprotein a and apoB than the SGA II group. The mean cord blood triglycerides of full-term neonates was significantly higher than preterm neonates (69.4 +/- 11.9 vs. 61.4 +/- 12.7 mg/dL, respectively, P = 0.04). A preconception maternal BMI of > or =25 kg/m(2) correlated significantly with the cord triglycerides (OR = 1.3, [95% CI 1.07, 1.5]) and with apoB (OR = 1.4, [95% CI 1.1, 1.5]). The BMI <18 of mothers before pregnancy correlated with low HDL-C (OR = 1.3, [95% CI 1.04, 1.7]). Birthweight correlated with high cord triglyceride level (SGA: OR = 1.4, [95% CI 1.1, 1.7]; LGA: OR = 1.6, [95% CI 1.3, 1.7] compared with AGA). These associations remained significant even after adjusting for the preconception BMI of mothers. Our findings reflect the possible interaction of environmental factors and fetal growth and the in utero lipid metabolism. Long-term longitudinal studies in different ethnicities would help to elucidate the relationship.  相似文献
