目的:研究半夏厚朴汤对未预知的长期应激刺激抑郁模型的作用。方法:采用两种不同的长期应激刺激建立模型。研究半夏厚朴汤的抗抑郁作用,测定半夏厚朴汤对模型动物血清一氧化氮(NO)水平、脾细胞体外培养上清NO水平的影响。结果:半夏厚朴汤对两种长期应激刺激抑郁模型均有显著的抑制作用,降低模型动物血清NO水平和脾细胞培养上清NO水平的异常升高。结论:半夏厚朴汤对未预知的长期应激刺激抑郁模型具有显著的抑制作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨半夏厚朴汤抗抑郁作用的机理。方法:复制慢性应激和孤养大鼠抑郁模型,采用免疫组化法观察半夏厚朴汤对模型大鼠海马和下丘脑BDNF的影响。结果:半夏厚朴汤能够增加模型大鼠水平运动和垂直运动得分,可促进模型大鼠海马和下丘脑BDNF的表达。结论:半夏厚朴汤具有抗抑郁作用,其机理与促进BDNF的表达有关。  相似文献

目的:观察半夏厚朴汤对慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA)的影响。方法:复制慢性应激和孤养大鼠抑郁模型,采用放免法检测各组大鼠下丘脑促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)、血浆促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)和血清皮质醇(CORT)。结果:半夏厚朴汤能够降低下丘脑CRH、血浆ACTH及血清CORT的表达。结论:半夏厚朴汤具有抗抑郁作用,其机理与抑制HPA轴功能亢进有关。  相似文献

目的:研究半夏厚朴汤君臣佐使相关配伍对抗抑郁有效成分和厚朴酚与厚朴酚含量的影响,以期分析与抗抑郁成分变化的关系。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定半夏厚朴汤及其君臣佐使相关配伍水煎液中和厚朴酚及厚朴酚的含量。结果:佐以茯苓后提高了君臣配伍中和厚朴酚与厚朴酚含量,佐以生姜则降低君臣配伍中和厚朴酚与厚朴酚含量。使以紫苏叶未显著影响君臣配伍中和厚朴酚与厚朴酚含量。而在半夏厚朴汤全方君臣佐使配伍中缺少佐、使药之一时,其和厚朴酚与厚朴酚含量却明显降低。结论:半夏厚朴汤君臣佐使药配伍与其抗抑郁有效成分含量存在一定的内在关系。  相似文献

目的:观察半夏厚朴汤对卒中后抑郁(PSD)大鼠的干预机制。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为PSD组、半夏厚朴汤低剂量组、半夏厚朴汤高剂量组、阳性组,每组10只。PSD组给予0.9%氯化钠溶液,半夏厚朴汤低剂量组、半夏厚朴汤高剂量组分别给予1.5、3.0 g/kg半夏厚朴汤,阳性组给予1.7 mg/kg氟西汀,灌胃21 d后建立卒中后抑郁模型,造模后继续给药21 d。四氮唑红染色测定脑梗死面积,治疗前及治疗1、2、3周后测定大鼠体重、水平运动得分、糖水消耗量,HE染色观察海马组织病理学改变,ELISA法测定海马组织肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)水平。结果:治疗3周后,半夏厚朴汤低剂量组、半夏厚朴汤高剂量组和阳性组体重高于PSD组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。半夏厚朴汤低剂量组、半夏厚朴汤高剂量组、阳性组脑梗死面积低于PSD组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。半夏厚朴汤低剂量组、半夏厚朴汤高剂量组、阳性组水平运动得分高于PSD组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。半夏厚朴汤低剂量组、半夏厚朴汤高剂量组、阳性组糖水消耗量高于PSD组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。半夏厚朴汤低剂量组、半夏厚朴汤高剂量组、阳性组TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-18低于PSD组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:半夏厚朴汤可改善PSD大鼠的抑郁症状,减少梗死面积,其作用机制可能与半夏厚朴汤促进细胞因子网络达到稳态有关。  相似文献

目的:观察半夏厚朴汤联合黛力新(氟哌噻吨美利曲辛)对臆球症的临床疗效。方法:选择2011年9月-2012年8月本院收治的门诊或住院的臆球症患者96例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例,治疗组给予中药半夏厚朴汤联合黛力新治疗,对照组单用黛力新治疗,疗程均为4周,分别观察其臆球症症状积分的变化及汉密尔顿抑郁及焦虑积分的变化。结果:治疗组4周后临床疗效、症状积分及汉密尔顿抑郁焦虑积分均优于对照组(P0.05或P0.01)。结论:半夏厚朴汤联合黛力新是治疗臆球症的理想方法。  相似文献

目的:为了研究半夏厚朴汤及其各组成药物对小鼠胃排空和小肠推进功能的影响,以及五味组成药物在该方剂中的作用大小和它们之间的交互作用。方法:以大分子色素葡聚糖蓝2000为标记物,用正交设计的方法安排实验,观察给药一段时间后小鼠的胃内色素残留量和该色素的小肠推进比。结果:正交设计结果表明,半夏厚朴汤中五味药物对小鼠小肠推进功能的促进作用依次从大到小排列的顺序为:半夏、茯苓、苏叶、厚朴、生姜;对胃排空的促进作用依次从大到小排列的顺序为:厚朴、苏叶、半夏、生姜、茯苓。五味药物之间存在着较广泛的一级交互作用。结论:半夏厚朴汤及其组成药物均有促进在体小鼠胃排空和小肠推进功能的作用。  相似文献

Banxia-houpu decoction, a traditional Chinese medicine has been used in the treatment of depression. The present study confirmed that oral administration of polysaccharides from Banxia-houpu decoction, exhibited a reduction in the immobility time in the tail suspension and in the forced swimming tests in mice in a time-dependent manner. This effect at a dose of 320 mg/kg was more potent than that at a dose of 640 mg/kg. The polysaccharides from Banxia-houpu decoction were active in animal models of depression with comparable effects to known antidepressants. The oral administration of the polysaccharides at a low dose for 4 weeks resulted in a significant increase in the monoamine neurotransmitter 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and dopamine (DA) levels in whole mouse brain, but produced no significant increase in 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) and norepinephrine (NE) concentrations. The effect of polysaccharides on the brain neurotransmitter levels appeared to be quite different from the effect of fluoxetine, a serotonin specific reuptake inhibitor. The results indicate that the mode of action of polysaccharides from Banxia-houpu decoction in depression might be related to both 5-HT and DA systems.  相似文献

Banxia-houpu decoction is a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicinal formula used in the treatment of mild and manic-depressive disorders for centuries. There has been increasing interest in its therapeutic application in depression. However, the mechanisms behind behavioural changes are still poorly understood. Chronic mild stress (CMS)-induced preference behaviour change has been used as a model to predict the clinical efficacy of many types of antidepressant treatment. Both EtOH and water extracts (AE and WE) of Banxia-houpu decoction exhibited a significantly increased sucrose intake in the CMS model in rats, but there was no effect in unstressed animals. In the present study, it was found that the c-fos expression in cerebral cortex, hippocampus and striatum corpora were very high in the CMS model in rats. WE and AE at a dose of 130 mg/kg exhibited a significantly decreased c-fos expression in the cerebral regions in CMS model in rats, respectively. The former was more potent than the latter. However, no significant changes in the c-fos expression were observed in unstressed rats treated with the decoction. Fluoxetine not only significantly reduced c-fos expression in all regions in the CMS model in rats, but only showed a marked decrease in c-fos expression in the hippocampus in unstressed animals. A different molecular mechanism of Banxia-houpu decoction and fluoxetine may be implied. The cerebral cortex, hippocampus and striatum conpora might be important structural substrates in the central nervous system mediating the section of the Banxia-houpu decoction on preference behaviour in CMS-induced rats, and fos protein might be the common substrate of the signal transduction process of the decoction.  相似文献

Banxia-houpu decoction is widely used in therapy for depression in China. The water-EtOH extract (WE-1) and chloroform-soluble fraction (WE-1-2) of Banxia-houpu decoction reduced the duration of immobility in the tail suspension test (TST) and the forced swimming test (FST), the efficacy of the latter was higher than that of the former. The petroleum-soluble fraction (WE-1-1), ethyl acetate-soluble fraction (WE-1-3) and water-soluble fraction (WE-1-4) tended to possess antiimmobility effects in the TST. After a 21-day treatment, the potency of WE-1-2 was almost equivalent to that of fluoxetine, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), in the TST, but WE-1-2 showed a lower efficiency than fluoxetine in the FST. WE-1, as well as WE-1-3, was found to increase serotonin (5-HT) and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) levels in mouse hippocampus and striatum, the activities of WE-1 and WE-1-3 were much stronger than that of fluoxetine. Moreover, WE-1-1, WE-1-2 and WE-1-4 significantly elevated 5-HT and 5-HIAA levels only in the striatum, the degrees of increase of 5-HT and 5-HIAA levels were comparable to that of fluoxetine, which significantly enhanced the levels in all regions of animal brains. Neither fractions or fluoxetine affected norepinephrine (NE) and dopamine (DA) levels in the animal brains. It was found that WE-1, WE-1-2 and fluoxetine significantly decreased serum and liver malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in the study. These results provide evidence for a potential role of antidepressive activities in the therapeutic effects of the Banxia-houpu decoction.  相似文献

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of modified Banxia Houpu decoction on globus hystericus. Methods: The 95 patients with globus hystericus were randomly divided into a treatment group of 46 cases treated with modified Banxia Houpu decoction and a control group of 49 cases treated with Manyanshuning (Granula for Clearing the Throat). In addition, a normal group of 24 healthy people was set up. SCL-90 scale was adopted to observe the therapeutic effect, evaluate the psychological state of patients and build a database on combination of four diagnoses. Results: The effect of the modified Banxia Houpo decoction was better than that of the control group in relieving depression, anxiety and improving the psychological state (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion: Modified Banxia Houpu decoction has definite therapeutic effect on globus hystericus. Its mechanism may be related to its function in relieving depression and anxiety and regulating the osvchological state.  相似文献

目的:探讨疏肝健脾养心方在功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁肝郁脾虚证治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取104例我院收治的功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,各52例。对照组使用枸橼酸莫沙必利片联合法莫替丁片治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上使用疏肝健脾养心方治疗,两组治疗周期均为4周。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分,HAMA、HAMD评分以及血清GAS、MTL水平。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组中医证候积分,HAMA、HAMD评分及血清GAS水平均降低,且实验组低于对照组;两组血清MTL水平均升高,且实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝健脾养心方可有效缓解功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁肝郁脾虚证临床症状,改善焦虑抑郁状态,调节胃肠激素水平,促进胃肠功能恢复。  相似文献

目的:小柴胡汤合五苓散治疗慢性湿疹疗效及对患者中医症候积分和焦虑、抑郁状态的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将82例慢性湿疹患者分为治疗组和对照组各41例。两组患者均给予基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗上加用除湿胃苓汤,治疗组在基础治疗上加用小柴胡汤合五苓散,共治疗4周。观察两组临床疗效,比较治疗前(T0)、治疗2周后(T1)、治疗4周后(T2)中医症候积分、瘙痒程度[瘙痒视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、焦虑、抑郁状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、生活质量[皮肤病生活质量指数调查表(DLQI)],统计两组治疗期间不良反应。结果:治疗组临床有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的80.49%(P<0.05)。T1、T2时两组中医症候积分(瘙痒、皮疹、抓痕、脱屑、心烦、乏力)、VAS评分、SAS、SDS评分、DLQI评分均较T0时明显降低,以治疗组较为显著(P<0.05)。治疗组有2例患者出现腹泻症状(4.88%),对照组有3例出现腹泻(7.31%),经比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组均无恶心呕吐、皮肤瘙痒症状发生。结论:小柴胡汤合五苓散治疗慢性湿疹可缓解患者焦虑情绪,改善临床症状及生活质量。  相似文献

目的:比较下瘀血汤全药与组分处方抗肝纤维化的作用差异.方法:Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、造模组.造模组大鼠ip猪血清复制肝纤维化模型,每次0.5 mL/只,每周2次,共12周.造模成功后造模组大鼠随机分为模型组、下瘀血汤组、组分处方组,第8周开始下瘀血汤组、组分处方组大鼠造模同时ig给药,按10 mL·kg-1容积,下瘀血汤组每日2.34 g·kg -1,组分处方组每日0.648 g·kg-1.连续4周.正常组、模型组大鼠ig同体积生理盐水.12周末,处死动物,获取标本,检测血清肝功能、肝脏病理.结果:与模型组相比,下瘀血汤组、组分处方组大鼠肝质量明显减少(P<0.05);肝体比、脾质量、脾体比均有下降趋势;总蛋白(TP),球蛋白( Glb)含量明显减少(P<0.05),A/G比值倒置情况明显改善(P<0.05);白蛋白(Alb)含量均有升高趋势.下瘀血汤组与组分处方组相比较,大鼠肝质量、肝体比、脾质量、脾体比均有好转趋势;Alb含量有升高趋势,TP,Glb含量有下降趋势,A/G比值倒置情况有改善趋势.与正常组相比,模型组、下瘀血汤组、组分处方组纤维化分级差异有显著性(P<0.05);与模型组相比,下瘀血汤组、组分处方组纤维化分级差异有显著性(P<0.05).提示二者均有一定改善肝功能、改善肝脏病理作用,且下瘀血汤组有优于组分处方组的趋势.结论:降低免疫反应和保护肝细胞是下瘀血汤全药和组分处方抗肝纤维化的主要作用机制,且下瘀血汤全药处方作用优于组分处方.  相似文献

[目的]分析清肝化瘀汤为主治疗慢性粒细胞性白血病(CML)的疗效及其对患者心理因素的影响,从心身医学角度探讨清肝化瘀汤治疗CML的疗效机制。[方法]选用焦虑自评表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、癌症病人生活质量量表(QLQ),指导CML患者和正常对照人员填写SAS、SDS、QLQ量表;回顾总结以清肝化瘀汤为主治疗CML患者的远期疗效。[结果]病例组与正常对照组焦虑情绪障碍发病率分别为82%和5%,抑郁情绪障碍的发病率分别为84%和5%,焦虑合并抑郁情绪障碍的发病率分别为76%和0(P<0.01),焦虑与抑郁得分与生活质量成负性相关。50例CML患者5a生存率为76%,中位生存期74个月。[结论]CML患者存在明显的焦虑抑郁倾向,清肝化瘀汤为主治疗CML,疏肝解郁、调畅情志,整体治疗,能有效地改善CML患者心理健康状况、生存质量,延长生存期。  相似文献

目的:通过观察耳针、中药对糖尿病脂代谢紊乱大鼠血清载脂蛋白、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)等的影响,初步探讨耳针、中药防治糖尿病脂代谢紊乱的可行性和可能的作用机理。方法:通过腹腔注射四氧嘧啶,加高脂饲料喂养建立的糖尿病脂代谢紊乱大鼠模型,在分别接受耳针、中药(加味六味地黄汤)、耳针 中药治疗10周后,测定其有关生化指标。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠血清载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量及ISI降低,血清载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]、空腹血糖(FBG)及空腹血浆胰岛素(FINS)含量升高,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。而耳针、中药特别是耳针 中药治疗后上述指标均有明显改善。结论:耳针(肝、脾、肾穴)、加味六味地黄汤可在一定程度上防治糖尿病脂代谢紊乱,二者联合应用效果更佳。  相似文献
