穿戴式社区医疗健康监护系统的设计   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
目的:设计一种新型的穿戴式社区医疗健康监护系统。方法:系统由穿戴式生理信号检测、无线数据传输和中央信号处理等3部分组成,采用了穿戴式检测、Zigbee无线通讯等新式研究技术。结果:把采集到的信号通过Zigbee无线网络上传至社区医疗监护系统终端,进行信号的处理、显示和预诊断,并具备紧急报警的功能。结论:实验表明.此系统能够对人体的生理信号进行实时采集同时通过Zigbee无线网络进行实时、安全、可靠的通信.适用于健康运动监测、医院移动监测等领域。  相似文献

Universities, especially those with medical schools whose academics engage in clinical research, have a vital role in shaping the way in which medical technology is used. Academic clinicians are a bridge between laboratory research, where new technologies are developed, and clinical practice, where these technologies are applied in treating patients. Increasingly, health care professionals will need to retrieve, store, share, and send data using several types of wireless devices. These devices include personal digital assistants, laptops, Web tablets, cell phones, and clothing that monitor heart rate and blood pressure. Regardless of the device, several standards will vie for the right to provide the wireless communications link between the health care professional and the wired data resources located within a health care organization. This article identifies the top three technologies in the wireless communications field: Wireless Fidelity (WiFi), Mobile Communications, and Bluetooth; breaks down each according to its strengths and weaknesses; and makes recommendations for their use by health care professionals located inside and outside a health care facility. Where appropriate the discussion includes an explication of how a specific technology can be made secure from hackers and other security breeches.  相似文献

Large-vocabulary, continuous voice recognition technology, as well as the voice recognition industry, have matured to the point that the available tools are affordable and powerful enough to provide clinicians with an alternative to keyboard data entry. However, use of voice recognition technology in clinical medicine faces several practical process-oriented hurdles that may restrict the use of this technology to certain types of activities. For example, the use of voice recognition technology for dictation raises practical issues of privacy, security, and confidentiality. However, the same economic pressures that forced many clinicians to learn the keyboard instead of relying on a secretary may push clinicians from the keyboard to the microphone.  相似文献

以国家自然科学基金项目“基于物联网技术的呼吸、脉搏异变及跌落的实时监测与报警的关键技术研究”为背景,提出基于无线传感器网络支持WiFi/3G/LTE协议标准中继传感节点构建的一个无处不在的实时医疗健康监测系统。在项目研究中,可穿戴式医疗传感设备是用来测量人类生命体征(如温度、血压、跌倒监测等),设备中内置的无线通信模块通过公用无线通信网络定时传输到实时医疗监测及分析系统。本文研究的架构是借助无线通信网络技术和优势,采用无线中继低功耗技术,自动计算最短路径进行测量数据传输,提高传输效率,降低功耗影响。  相似文献

Determination of the human genome sequence and the development of microarray technologies allowing the rapid measurement of all genes in the genome have generated new perspectives for our current biomedical research. Gene expression analysis will make a major contribution to our insight into the underlying biology of disease and will lead to improved methods for diagnostics, prognosis and treatment. Microarray studies create the possiblity to subclassify patients with diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and breast cancer, with both prognostic and therapeutic consequences. The simultaneous quantification of the activity of all genes in tissues or cells from patients by microarray technology, linked to the clinical parameters, creates a large number of data points, which cannot be analysed without the aid of the advanced application of bioinformatics. As a result, genomic research has become, in part, a bioinformatics discipline that will be integrated with clinical medicine. The microarray technology makes it possible to develop personalized medicine, with a more accurate diagnosis and prognosis for every patient and subsequently a tailored treatment strategy.  相似文献

Naturopathic medicine is a holistic healing approach involving natural remedies, wellness, and disease prevention. A literature review shows the discipline is attempting to overcome several professional obstacles and expand into new areas. Amid this transition, the naturopathic community—like other groups—has adopted Web 2.0 technologies such as blogs. This article features interviews with one naturopathic medical student and 17 naturopathic physicians and reviews of interviewee blogs to understand this group's communication activities. Findings suggest blogs are venues for projecting both individual and group credibility to stakeholders. I conclude that blogs serve a “represent all of us” group function and are new examples of gray or alternative health literature.  相似文献

ObjectiveAs the need for emergency care for the elderly is increasing, applying creative solutions, such as using information technology is suggested to provide patients with more cost-effective health care services. The present study aimed to review the application of various types of health information technologies for the elderly in emergency care services.MethodsThis study was carried out in 2020. Studies related to the use of various health information technologies for the elderly in pre-hospital services and emergency departments were searched from January 2019 to end of September 2020 in the databases of PubMed, the Cochrane Library, Scopus, Web of Science, ProQuest, Ovid, and Google Scholar. Data were extracted and synthesized narratively.ResultsA total of 338 articles were collected and 21 articles were selected for further review. Six health information technologies used for the elderly in the emergency care services were emergency department information system (n = 2), clinical decision support system (n = 6), telemedicine technology (n = 7), electronic questionnaire (n = 1), electronic health records (n = 4) and personal health records (n = 1). The most common application was telemedicine technology.ConclusionAlthough a variety of health information technologies are used for caring the elderly in emergency care services, there are still valuable opportunities in this area to develop new technologies and new health policies are required to support better health care delivery.  相似文献

The ability to make good Web-based data query system (WDQS) project management decisions requires an understanding of the trade-offs inherent among various technology options. This article presents the current options available for the user interface and data display and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each for use in a WDQS. Relevant options are also discussed for back-end technologies such as Web and application servers and data storage mechanisms. We explain our decisions in developing the Indicator-based Information System for Public Health (IBIS-PH) query system to increase the probability of success and minimize risk. Finally, we compare the resulting IBIS-PH application characteristics with our original design requirements: broad public access; rich, interactive, and easy-to-use interface; portability; accessibility; maintainability of software and interface; supportability; low cost; and security.  相似文献

This article explains how computing technology was used to address the need for mobile communications among nursing staff. In 2004, nursing staff at Fauquier Hospital relocated from one nursing floor in an older building to two floors in a new structure. This resulted in complaints and supervision issues as nursing managers, who had previously been relatively sedentary, now became quite mobile as they attempted to control nursing operations on two separate floors. Complaints arose from several sources. Nursing staff and managers both complained about the increased difficulty in communicating with each other Physicians expressed frustration to hospital administration at playing "telephone tag" with managers. The solution involved Internet Protocol technology that is in widespread use on most computer networks. The article details how this technology was selected over several other communications technologies and used to implement wireless telephony over the hospital's existing computer network. It reviews key standards and technologies and issues surrounding their use. Finally, the article demonstrates how this computing technology improved patient care by facilitating mobile communications.  相似文献

Wound care management is one of the largest segments of the UK medical technology sector with a turnover exceeding £1bn in 2009 (BIS, 2010). Using data derived from participant observation, this article examines the antagonistic relationship expressed by wound care clinicians towards evidence based medicine in the context of the 2010 United Kingdom (UK) Wounds UK conference/trade show, where evidence based medicine is positioned in opposition to clinical knowledge, as an obstacle to innovation and as a remover of solutions rather than a provider of them. The article is written in the context of the trend towards increasing marketization and privatization in the UK National Health Service (NHS).  相似文献
