Objective To research the working pressure, mental health and their correlation on nurses in Huizhou private hospitals. Methods The nurse working gauges and SCL -90 symptoms of self rating scale were adopted to investigate 400 nurses in Huizhou private hospitals. Results Working pressure was relevant to nurses'general situation such as age, professional tide. The level of their mental health was worse than other female, and lower than the national norm. Working pressure was detrimental to mental health ( P< 0.05 ) . Conclusions We should strengthen the health care for nurses, reduce work pressure, prevent the psychosomatic disease from happening . Meanwhile strengthen the standardized management of the private hospital, safeguard legitimate rights of the nurses, arouse the enthusiasm of the nurses, improve the quality of nursing.  相似文献

目的 探讨手术室护士的心理健康和压力相关性.方法 采用症状自评量表和护士工作压力源量表对我市二级、三级医院各两所的手术室护士发放调查问卷,用SPSS12.0软件包进行数据统计学分析和处理.结果 手术室护士SCL-90各因子分均低于健康成人(P<0.01),有显著性意义,说明手术室护士心理健康程度优于健康成人;手术室护士工作压力状况显示二级医院与三级医院在工作量及时间方面有高度显著性差异(P<0.01);在工作压力总分方面也有显著差异(P<0.05),在其他方面无显著差异.手术室护士心理健康状况与护理专业及工作方面压力相关性不大(P>0.05);在时间分配及工作量、工作环境及资源、病人护理及管理和人际关系等方面具有显著相关性(P<0.01).结论 手术室护士具有良好的心理健康,但在工作压力的一些方面存在问题,手术室的护理管理者应加强对护士心理问题的研究,提高护理管理水平.
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the correlation of operation room nurses' mental health and stress.Methods Operation room nurses of the secondary and tertiary hospitals in our city were surveyed by SCL and nurses job stress scale. The results were analyzed by SPSS12.0 statistical package.Results Operating room nurses scored the factors of SCL-90 lower than healthy adults did (P<0.01). operating room nurses' work pressure showed that there was significant difference between the secondary and tertiary hospitals in workload and time (P<0.01). There was a significant correlation between the nurses' mental health and time allocation, workload, working conditions, patient care and interpersonal relationships (P<0.01).Conclusions Operating room nurses have good mental health state, but there are still some work stress problems. Operating room nurse managers should strengthen the research on the psychological problems of nurses to improve nursing management.  相似文献

目的 探讨柔性管理对缓解儿科输液中心护士压力的方法与效果.方法 调查分析儿科输液中心护士工作压力的来源,采取柔性管理干预措施,包括:深化内涵建设,提高实际工作能力;合理配置、弹性排班;加大管理者的支持力度,建立良好的支持系统;更新观念,满足患者需求;加强护士心理健康教育等.比较干预前后护士应对方式评分变化.结果 儿科输液中心护士普遍存在压力,柔性管理干预前、后护士应对方式评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.01).结论 柔性管理干预是缓解儿科输液中心护士压力的有效措施.
Abstract:
Objective To discuss the methods and effects of flexible management for alleviating nurse'stress in pediatric infusion center. Methods The source of working stress of pediatric infusion center nurses were investigated and analyzed. The flexible management interventions was adopted, including deepening the building of connotation, improving the actual working capacity; rational allocation and flexible scheduling; increasing the manager's supporting strength, establishing a good supporting system, updating the conception, meeting patients'requirement, strengthening mental health education for nurses and so on. The evaluation score variation of nurses between before and after intervention was compared. Results Working stress of the nurses in pediatric infusion center was widespread. The evaluation score of nurses was significant difference between before and after flexible management interventions (P<0. 01) . Conclusions The flexible management intervention is an effective measure for alleviating the pressure of nurses in pediatric infusion center.  相似文献

Objective To investigate the present situation of occupational stress and to compare occupational stress among nurses of different years of work experience. Methods 234 subjects were enrolled by using convenience sampling method. Research instruments used in this study were demographic questionnaire and the Nurse Working Pressure Test Table. SPSS version 13.0 was used for data analysis. Results The level of the overall occupational stress among nurses was moderate. The five subscales of occupational stress in descending order were workload and time management, professional and career issues, caring for and interaction with patients, problems with resource and working environment, interpersonal relationships and management issues. There was no significant difference of occupational stress by subscales among nurses of different years of work experience (P > 0.05) while there was significant difference of the overall occupational stress level (P <0. 01). Conclusions Years of work experience affect overall occupational stress of nurses. Nursing managers should pay more attention to satisfaction of nurses and improve their mental health so as to increase their work initiative and level of nursing service.  相似文献

Objective To inquire into the mental features of malignant ovarian tumor patients and advance the way to appease the mental state. Methods The mental health status of 168 malignant ovarian tumor patients was evaluated using Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), and compared with that of normal crowd and other gynecologic malignant tumor patients. Results The scores of suppression, anxiety, fear, somatization, constrain, hostility, interpersonal relationship of the ovary malignant tumor patients were higher than those of the normal model, and the scores of suppression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship higher than those of other gynecologic malignant tumor patients. Conclusions To strengthen the nursing teaching, understand the mental state on time, use moral support therapy, and help the patients to change their inadequate attitude and behavior, can strengthen the therapy confidence and promote the health rehabilitation.  相似文献

Objective To investigate the general health status and nutritional knowledge of medical and support staff under 45 at three general hospital so as to provide theoretic basis and implementation suggestion for future health care. Methods Their knowledge of nutrition was compared by a questionnaire;body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, and abnormal physical examination results were investigated and analyzed;correlation of nutritional knowledge and health status was analyzed. Results Both groups had a better understanding of nutrition;the mean score of medical staff was higher than that of support staff, and the difference was statistically significant ( 7.9 ± 0.2 vs 6.6 ± 0.3;t = 2. 18, P < 0. 05 ). Except for abnormal electrocardiogram, the abnormal proportion of other indicators in medical staff was lower than that in support staff on the nutritional status assessment and examination results, and the difference was statistically significant( P <0. 05 or P < 0. 01 ). Conclusions Good nutrition knowledge helps to improve physical fitness;hospitals should strengthen the health education to optimize staff' lifestyle. Support staff shall strengthen their health awareness.  相似文献

目的 探讨综合医院急诊科护士心理压力因素的干预措施及效果.方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行问卷调查,根据发现的问题进行相应的干预措施.结果 综合医院急诊科护士的心理压力较大,心理健康状况较一般人群差.干预后各因子分、总均分及阳性项目数与干预前比较,均有显著差异;排名前10位的症状发生率在干预后均较干预前明显下降.结论 通过实施综合干预措施,可明显提高综合医院急诊科护士的心理健康水平.
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of interventions on psychological stress factors of nurses in the emergency department of general hospital. Methods Symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)was used for investigation. The corresponding interventions were conducted based on the found problems. Results The mental health of the nurses in general hospital emergency department was worse than that of the general population. Each factor score, the total average score and the number of items after intervention had significant difference than that before intervention respectively. The incidence rate of top 10 symptoms was significantly decreased after the intervention than that before. Conclusions Implementation of comprehensive intervention can significantly improve the mental health of the nurses in emergency department of general hospital.  相似文献

目的 调查分析护士长心理健康现状,探讨心灵动力工作坊对护士长心理健康问题干预的有效性及可行性,增进心理健康.方法 用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对威海市区7所医院中,年龄28~48岁,护龄8~28年的278名护士长进行调查.调查结果经统计学处理,筛选出在焦虑、紧张、压抑、恐惧、强迫、人际关系敏感等因子分及总分高于中国常模的50名护士长进行心灵动力工作坊团体干预,团体干预后做问卷调查,于干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 心灵动力工作坊对护士长心理健康问题干预效果明显,有意识地培养对各种问题的应对能力,提高护士长的情商,增强护士长的行动力,使用问题解决技能,理解处理问题情景能力明显提高.
Abstract:
Objective To investigate and analyze the psychological health condition of the head nurses, explore the effect and feasibility of the psychological intervention via mind dynamic workshop, promote their psychological health. Methods Self- reporting inventory (SCL-90) were sent to 205 head nurses at the age of28 ~48 and nursing length of 8 ~28 years in7 hospitals (in Weihai district, Shangdong) . Results Training course in mind dynamic workshop was adopt for intervention group related to 50 head nurses whose individual score and total score of factors of anxiety, nervousness, fear, obsession, interpersonal relations and so on were higher than Chinese normal number. The questionnaires before - and - after intervention was significant statistical differences (P < 0. 05) . Conclusions Mind dynamic workshop has great effect on the psychological health condition of the head nurse. It can cultivate consciously their capabilities of meeting kinds of problems, improve their EQ, and enhance their action. Problem - solving skills and the understanding abilities of problem - solving situation are greatly improved.  相似文献

Objective To explore the relationship between self consistency and congruence degree of nurses and their occupational stress and qualities of life. Methods By randomly cluster sampling, 84 nurses (all the nurses were female) in two three class genera] hospitals of our city were investigated with self consistency and congruence scale (SCCS), occupational stress inventory revised edition (OSI -R) and quality of life inventory (GQLI) . The nurses were divided into high degree self consistency and congruence group (total score ≤74) and lower degree group (total score > 102) by the score of their SCCS. Results The average score of SCCS, self and experiential inconsistency and incongruence, score of self flexibility and serf -stereotypes of score in 84 nurses were 98.36 ± 15.24, 42. 31 ± 8. 01, 40. 35 ± 8.23 and 19. 675 ± 4. 12 respectively. 29 nurses belonged to high degree self consistency and congruence, the factors score of occupation task (OSI -R) and tension reaction di-mensionality of high degree self consistency and congruence nurses were lower;while answer to resource dimen-sionality and factor score besides entertainment was higher than the latter, the differences between them were obvi-ously (P <0. 01) . Besides matter life dimensionality, the others score of dimensionality of high degree self con-sistency and congruence nurses were higher obviously than the ones of lower degree self consistency and congruence nurses, the difference were also obviously. Correlation analysis revealed that the score of SCCS correlated positively with the score of OSI -R, occupation task and tension reaction dimensionality;while it correlated negatively with answer to resource of OSI -R, total score of GQLI, and body health, psychology health and society function di-mensionality, and had no correlation with matter life dimensionality. Conclusions High degree self consistency and congruence nurses have lower occupational tension feel and higher quality of llfe, and have more ability to treat stress.  相似文献

目的:了解急诊科护士工作压力源,为实施有针对性的护理干预措施提供依据。方法:对梅州山区4所医院共88名急诊科护士进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果:急诊科护士压力源主要表现在工作量及工作时间和护理专业方面;三级医院护士的四个压力源得分高于二级医院;中专护士在"护理专业及工作方面的问题"的压力大于大专及以上的护士;护龄1~5年的护士在"病人护理方面的问题"压力最大。结论:积极采取有效措施减轻急诊科护士工作压力,有利于保障其心理健康。  相似文献

目的:探讨护龄对护士心理健康状态及工作倦怠的影响。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,选择1525名不同护龄护士进行一般状况、心理健康状态、工作倦怠、工作满意度的调查。结果:护龄对护士的心理健康及工作倦怠有影响(P0.05)。结论:不同护龄护士的心理健康状态及工作倦怠存在的差异具有统计学意义,11~20年护龄护士心理问题尤为突出,护龄是护士工作倦怠的一个非常重要的影响因素。  相似文献

目的 :研究青年护士工作压力与心理健康状况的相关性。方法 :通过整群分层抽样 ,采用护士工作压力表和SCL -90症状自评量表对涪陵城区 4所医院的 2 3 8名在职青年护士进行调查。结果 :青年护士工作压力以儿科、内科、外科、妇产科最大。高学历护士压力居首位。青年护士心理健康水平比一般女性差 ,各因子分阳性率除躯体化、恐怖外均大于10 %。单因素分析和多元逐步回归分析表明 ,青年护士工作压力有损心理健康 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :护理工作压力对青年护士心理健康有影响。因此 ,加强对青年护士的卫生保健工作 ,防止心身疾病的发生有十分重要的现实意义  相似文献

目的:调查基层医院临床护士工作压力及社会支持情况,并探讨两者的相关性,为管理者制订针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查法,以汕头农村地区某基层医院的288名在岗临床护士作为对象进行调查。结果:临床护士的工作压力总均分为(2.81±0.43)分,呈中等偏高水平;最大的压力源是工资及其他的福利待遇低,其次是工作量太大;工作压力与社会支持水平呈负相关;客观支持是护士工作压力的影响因素。结论:管理者应重视农村地区基层医院临床护士工作压力过高带来的负面影响,在物质和情感等方面提供支持,降低其工作压力,为稳定护理队伍,提高基层医院临床护士身心健康水平、工作效率及护理质量起到积极的促进作用。  相似文献

目的 了解手术室护士的心理状况和压力。方法 采用以中国成人常模作比较和护士工作压力源量表,对2所三级医院和3所二级医院的手术室护士采取方便抽样的方法发放调查问卷。结果 手术室护士SCL-90各因子分均低于健康成人(p〈0.05)。手术室护士工作压力状况显示,二级医院与三级医院在工作量及时间方面(p〈0.01)和压力总分(p〈0.05)有显著性差异。手术室护士心理健康状况与护理专业及工作方面相关性不大;在工作量、时间分配、工作环境及资源、病人护理及管理和人际关系等方面具有显著相关性(p〈0.01)。结论 手术室护士心理健康状况较好,但在工作压力的一些方面存在问题,对手术室的护理管理者提供重要的参考价值。  相似文献
