BACKGROUND: The expression of integrin molecules on the endometrium suggests that certain integrins may participate in the cascade of molecular events leading to successful implantation. A prospective, controlled study was carried out to investigate the effect of clomiphene citrate (CC) on secretions of beta1, alpha3 and alphaV integrin molecules in the endometrium of patients with unexplained infertility during the implantation window. METHODS: A total of 40 endometrial samples was evaluated in both spontaneous (n = 13) and ensuing clomiphene-treated cycles (100 mg on days 5-9) and also from fertile women serving as controls (n = 14) during postovulatory 7th or 8th day of menstrual cycle. A semiquantitative grading system (H-score) was used to compare the immunohistochemical staining intensities. Endometrial thickness and serum oestradiol and progesterone concentrations were also measured on the day of sampling. RESULTS: Staining of alpha(v) but not beta1 and alpha3 integrins was significantly less intense in infertile cases than fertile control cases (1.42 +/- 0.12 versus 2.21 +/- 0.13 respectively, P = 0.012) and this was not restored to normal concentrations with treatment. CONCLUSIONS: Our study indicated that cc treatment significantly decreased the endometrial thickness and increased oestradiol and progesterone concentrations. However, secretion of alpha(v), beta1 and alpha3 integrin molecules, which might play a role in implantation, was not affected. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: We aimed to assess whether salpingectomy in women with communicating hydrosalpinges influenced endometrial receptivity. METHODS: The inclusion criteria were: women with communicating hydrosalpinges, absence of other confounding infertility factors and aged <40 years. Patients were scheduled for laparoscopy during the putative window of implantation (cycle days 19-21). In patients in whom salpingectomy was decided upon due to the severity of tubal disease (n = 10), an intra-operative endometrial biopsy was performed. Post-treatment endometrial sampling was done between day 19-21 of the fourth consecutive cycle. Pre-treatment and post-treatment samples were assessed by both conventional histologic criteria and alpha(v)beta3 integrin immunostaining, where histological score (HSCORE) was used for quantification. RESULTS: Despite normal histological maturation assessed by conventional criteria, 8/10 hydrosalpinx cases yielded an epithelial HSCORE of <0.7, which was below the accepted threshold. Following salpingectomy, luminal endometrial epithelium demonstrated a significantly increased alpha(v)beta3 integrin expression (Wilcoxon's signed rank test, P = 0.017). Although the mean HSCORE for glandular epithelia improved, it failed to reach statistical significance. Ultrasound visible hydrosalpinges (n = 5) and non-visible cases (n = 5) were also compared. However, neither the pre-treatment integrin expression, nor the postoperative improvement were significantly different between these groups. CONCLUSIONS: We conclude that the surgical treatment of communicating hydrosalpinges may improve endometrial receptivity as assessed by alpha(v)beta3 integrin expression. Women with hydrosalpinges may undergo endometrial evaluation by the molecular markers of implantation, such as alpha(v)beta3 integrin. This evaluation may be decisive in determining the optimal management of cases, and may also be used to assess the efficacy of the treatment. The expression of the implantation markers should be correlated with implantation and clinical pregnancy rates in IVF-embryo transfer programs. 相似文献

Integrins have recently been proposed as having a major role in endometrial
receptivity. Different patterns of integrin expression have been described
during the normal endometrial cycle, and the co- expression of several
integrins, mainly alpha1, alpha4 and beta3 has been considered as specific
to the 'window of implantation'. In the present study 55 infertile patients
underwent two endometrial biopsies during a single menstrual cycle. An
early biopsy was done on postovulatory days 6-8, and a late biopsy was
performed on postovulatory days 10 to 12. Histological dating as well as
immunohistochemical evaluation of alpha1, alpha4, beta1, beta3, beta5,
alpha(v)beta3 integrin expression and oestrogen and progesterone receptors
were determined in all endometrial biopsies. Oestradiol and progesterone
serum concentrations in serum were evaluated on the same days of the
endometrial samplings. Nine out of the 55 midluteal biopsies (16.4%) showed
out-of-phase endometria, but all biopsies were in phase in the late luteal
phase. Differences in integrin expression between in- and out-of-phase
biopsies were observed only for alpha(v)beta3 integrin glandular expression
during the midluteal phase. Alpha(v)beta3 integrin glandular expression was
found in all late luteal phase biopsies. Alpha(v)beta3 expression was
closely correlated with histological maturation of the endometrium
appearing suddenly at postovulatory day 6-7 and being expressed by all
endometria dated as postovulatory day > or = 8, irrespective of
midluteal endometrial biopsies being in phase or out of phase. No
differences in integrin expression were detected between patients with or
without endometriosis or between patients who became spontaneously pregnant
and those who did not. In conclusion, further studies are necessary before
patterns of integrin expression may offer an alternative to predict uterine
receptivity and implantation potential.

BACKGROUND: Ethical constraints limit the ability to study peri-implantation phase human endometrium. In this study, the donor oocyte model was used to study candidate endometrial markers of uterine receptivity. METHODS: Archived, paraffin-embedded tissue obtained by endometrial biopsy during cycle days 21-23 of patients undergoing 'mock' hormonal treatment cycles were evaluated by standard histological criteria and immunohistochemical staining for alpha v beta 3 integrin and glycodelin. All of these patients (n = 101) had undergone a donor oocyte embryo transfer cycle utilizing the exact same hormonal protocol. RESULTS: Histological evaluation revealed 62 (61.3%) in-phase, 34 (33.7%) dyssynchronous, 2 (2.0%) immature and 3 (3.0%) advanced endometria. The clinical outcomes of patients with either in-phase or dyssynchronous endometria were similar. Very strong correlations were noted between endometrial glandular dating and either alpha v beta 3 integrin or glycodelin immunostaining intensity (P < 0.001 for both). Glycodelin and alpha v beta 3 integrin immunostaining intensities were also highly correlated with each other (P < 0.001). CONCLUSIONS: Throughout the time period corresponding to the putative window of maximal endometrial receptivity (cycle days 21-23) a dynamic process was observed in exogenous hormonal replacement cycles characterized by a rapid histological advancement of endometrial glandular elements as well as progressive alpha v beta 3 integrin and glycodelin expression. 相似文献

Endometrial vascular and glandular expression of integrin alpha(v)beta3 in women with and without endometriosis 总被引:8,自引:3,他引:5
The integrin alpha(v)beta3 functions in both cell-cell and cell-
extracellular matrix adhesion, and has reported roles in platelet
aggregation, immune function, tissue repair, tumour invasion, angiogenesis
and uterine receptivity. The aim of this study was to use
immunohistochemistry to describe the vascular and glandular expression of
integrin alpha(v)beta3 in formalin fixed, paraffin embedded endometrium
obtained from women with (n = 29) and without (n = 24) endometriosis. The
results showed a significant increase in the percentage of vessels
expressing alpha(v)beta3 in the endometrium of women with endometriosis
compared with controls (P = 0.0001). This difference was more pronounced in
the secretory phase (P = 0.001) than the proliferative phase (P = 0.016).
There was no correlation between vascular alpha(v)beta3 expression and the
endothelial cell proliferation index (P > 0.05). Vascular sprouts were
not observed in any of the 53 endometrial tissues obtained from women with
or without endometriosis throughout the menstrual cycle. Results from semi-
quantitative scoring of gland immunostaining showed that neither controls
(P = 0.3329) nor the endometriosis group (P = 0.2260) had any significant
changes in terms of alpha(v)beta3 expression between the different stages
of the menstrual cycle. There was also no difference in glandular
alpha(v)beta3 expression between women with and without endometriosis (P =
0.4302). These results provide evidence for increased endometrial
angiogenesis in women with endometriosis compared with controls, and
suggest that glandular expression of alpha(v)beta3 is not related to
uterine receptivity per se.

BACKGROUND: Integrins are thought to play a vital role in implantation. Three integrins in particular (alpha(4)beta(1), alpha(v)beta(3) and alpha(1)beta(1)) are all present during the implantation window. Defects in their expression have been linked to tubal disease, unexplained infertility and endometriosis. Hence, a reduced endometrial integrin expression would be expected in women attending for IVF due to these causes of infertility when compared with those with male factor infertility attending for ICSI. METHODS: Women attending for IVF (n = 25) and ICSI (n = 25) treatment were recruited, and timed endometrial biopsies were taken during the 'implantation window' (cycle day 20-24). A group of fertile women (n = 15) attending for sterilization was used as controls. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in integrin expression between patients undergoing IVF or ICSI. Neither did these groups differ from the control group. CONCLUSIONS: The endometrium in patients undergoing ICSI treatment is sometimes thought to be more receptive, as the infertility might be due to a male factor. This study shows that there is no significant difference in integrin expression between patients attending for IVF or ICSI and the control group. These data add to the increasing uncertainty about the clinical value of assessing the endometrium with only one marker, in this case integrins. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: The impact of different ovarian stimulation (OS) protocols on endometrial receptivity remains controversial. In this study, the effects of different OS on the expression of endometrial integrin beta3 subunit and leukaemia-inhibitory factor (LIF) during the implantation window and the implantation rate in mice were investigated. METHODS: Three OS protocols were used, involving either pregnant mare's serum gonadotrophin (PMSG) alone, PMSG plus GnRH agonist or PMSG plus GnRH antagonist. Uterus samples were collected at 48 h after OS or ovulation and were detected with immunohistochemistry, Western blot and RT-PCR analyses. Normal embryos at gestation day 4 were transferred into the uteri of mice in the control and OS groups. RESULTS: All OS groups showed a significant decrease in the expression of both the endometrial integrin beta3 subunit and LIF during the implantation window and the implantation rate. Among the three OS groups, GnRH agonist-treated mice showed a higher endometrial integrin beta3 subunit and LIF expression and a higher implantation rate. No significant difference was found in the measured indices between the GnRH antagonist and PMSG groups. CONCLUSIONS: OS may inhibit the expression of endometrial integrin beta3 subunit and LIF and impair endometrial receptivity in mice. OS with GnRH agonist, but not GnRH antagonist, may partially restore the endometrial physiological secretion and improve uterine receptivity. 相似文献

While in-vitro fertilization (IVF) was initially developed in women with
tubal factor infertility, recent clinical studies have suggested that the
presence of hydrosalpinges lowers implantation and pregnancy rates. We
postulated that these hydrosalpinges cause impaired endometrial
receptivity. A total of 103 women with hydrosalpinges were prospectively
evaluated, and compared with 55 infertile and 44 fertile controls. All
women had endometrial biopsies during the window of implantation, analysed
by conventional histological criteria, and also stained for three integrin
markers of endometrial receptivity (alpha1beta1, alpha4beta1 and alpha
vbeta3). Women with hydrosalpinges (cases) expressed significantly less of
the alpha vbeta3 integrin compared with controls. There was no difference
in expression of alpha1beta1 or alpha4beta1 among groups. A significantly
greater number of cases had out of phase histology and missing alpha vbeta3
(type I defects) and absent integrin expression despite normal histological
maturation (type II) defects, compared with controls. Of 20 women with
impaired endometrial receptivity who were also biopsied after hydrosalpinx
surgery, 70% demonstrated increased alpha vbeta3 expression. Seventy-seven
percent of type I and 57% of type II defects were corrected
postoperatively. Using markers of endometrial receptivity, this study
demonstrates that inflammatory hydrosalpinges have an adverse effect on
endometrial receptivity, which in some cases may be overcome by surgical
treatment of the hydrosalpinx.

The expression of integrin molecules alpha1beta1, alpha4beta1 and alphaVbeta3 within endometrial tissue has been proposed as a marker of uterine receptivity during the implantation window. The present investigation examines by flow cytometric analysis the concentrations of alpha1, alpha4, alphaV and beta3 integrin subunits in endometrial stromal (ESC) and epithelial cells (EEC) in two groups of women throughout the menstrual cycle: normal fertile women (n = 27) and women with unexplained infertility (n = 26). Integrin concentrations in endometrial cells were calculated in relative fluorescence units against a negative cellular control. The assessment of integrin subunits detected the protein in ESC and EEC from the late proliferative to the late secretory phase. In both groups of women, the alpha1 was the highest integrin expressed in ESC and EEC throughout the menstrual cycle. All women exhibited low concentrations of alpha4-EEC at the time of the implantation window. Infertile women expressed lower concentrations of the alpha4-ESC during the proliferative and early secretory phase while lower concentrations of the alpha1-ESC were seen during the late secretory phase. Interestingly, the infertile women expressed lower concentrations of beta3-EEC in the early, mid-secretory and late secretory phases (P < 0.05). Infertile women also expressed lower concentrations of alpha1-EEC and alphaV-EEC during the late secretory phase (P < 0.05). It can be concluded that the quantitative determination of beta3-EEC by flow cytometry confirmed its potential feature as a marker of endometrial receptivity at the time of the implantation window. In addition, the defective expression of the alpha1-ESC found in the late secretory phase might be associated with the poor fertility outcome of women with unexplained infertility. 相似文献

Leukaemia inhibitory factor (LIF) is a cytokine which plays an obligatory
role in mouse blastocyst implantation. In human endometrium, LIF expression
is significantly increased in the mid-luteal phase indicating that LIF may
also play an important role in the human. We have previously shown that a
single dose of 200 mg of mifepristone immediately post-ovulation is an
effective contraceptive method, probably due to inhibition of endometrial
development and function. The purpose of this study was to investigate the
effect of various doses of mifepristone on endometrial LIF expression. A
total of 22 fertile, regularly-menstruating women were studied during
control and treatment cycles. The subjects were divided into four groups:
group I received a single dose of 200 mg of mifepristone on cycle day LH +
2 (n = 7). The subjects in groups II and III were treated with either 5 mg
(n = 5) or 2.5 mg (n = 5) once a week for 2 months. Group IV subjects
received 0.5 mg per day (n = 5) of mifepristone for 3 months. LIF was
measured immunohistochemically in endometrial tissue specimens taken on the
corresponding day (cycle day LH + 6 to LH + 8) in hormonally- characterized
control and treatment cycles. LIF immunostaining was observed in all
controls and located to the cytoplasm of the luminal and glandular
epithelial cells and stromal cells. In the treatment cycles the staining of
luminal epithelium and stroma was similar to controls, while the glandular
staining was reduced in all treatment groups. This study reveals that early
luteal phase treatment as well as intermittent or daily low dose treatment
with mifepristone reduces endometrial glandular LIF expression at the
expected time of implantation. The results further support the
contraceptive potential of mifepristone in low doses.

Integrins are ubiquitous cell adhesion molecules that are involved in maintaining normal tissue morphology and have been implicated in the behavior of certain malignancies. We examined the expression of nine integrin subunits in 38 endometrial adenocarcinomas using immunohistochemistry. The pattern of integrin expression in the cancers was compared with that seen in the endometrium of 20 normal cycling women and 7 postmenopausal women. Integrin expression was correlated with grade, stage, nodal status, depth of invasion, steroid receptor status, and histological pattern. In endometrial cancers there was an inverse relationship between the number of integrins expressed and histological grade (P = 0.011). Of the normally expressed, constitutive endometrial epithelial integrin subunits (alpha 2, alpha 3, alpha 6, and beta 4), the least frequently seen in the cancers was the alpha 3 subunit (44.7%) and the most frequently found was alpha 6 (81.6%). The alpha 5 beta 1 integrin, a fibronectin receptor normally found only on endometrial stromal cells, was seen in 17.8% of cases of these epithelial cancers. In addition, a significant association was found between the loss of the alpha 2 beta 1 integrin and the presence of lymph node metastases (P < 0.001). These data suggest that a decline in integrin expression occurs more frequently in poorly differentiated endometrial cancers and that the loss of specific integrins may be associated with metastatic nodal spread. 相似文献

Accumulating evidence indicates that endothelial cell integrins that bind to the matrix proteins associated with inflammation and wound healing are involved in the process of angiogenesis. The integrins containing the alpha v subunit appear to be particularly important. To study the involvement of these receptors in human angiogenesis, a model of wound-associated human angiogenesis was established in human skin transplanted onto severe combined immunodeficient (SCID) mice. Using this model, we studied the expression of several alpha v integrins and tested the hypothesis that blockage of the alpha v beta 3 integrin would inhibit human angiogenesis during human wound healing. These studies revealed that the alpha v beta 3, alpha v beta 5, and alpha v beta 6 integrins are up-regulated briefly during wound angiogenesis with different patterns of expression and that inhibition of the alpha v beta 3 integrin blocked new vessel formation during human wound healing. 相似文献

This exploratory study was designed to determine whether treatment with the Yuzpe regimen of emergency contraception altered endometrial integrin expression or other markers of uterine receptivity. Nineteen parous women were followed for two menstrual cycles. In the second cycle, each participant took 100 mg ethinyl oestradiol and 1 mg norgestrel on the day of the urinary luteinizing hormone (LH) surge and repeated the dose 12 h later. In both cycles, endometrial biopsy, phlebotomy and vaginal sonogram were performed 8-10 days after the urinary LH surge. No significant difference was found between untreated and treated cycles in most measures of endometrial histology or in endometrial expression of beta3 integrin subunit, leukaemia inhibitory factor, glycodelin, or progesterone receptors assessed by immunohistochemical techniques. Five statistically significant changes were noted in treated cycles: a reduction in endometrial MUC-1 expression, an increase in endometrial oestrogen receptor, lower luteal phase serum oestrogen concentration, reduced endometrial thickness, and greater proportion of glandular supranuclear vacuoles. The relationship of these findings to the contraceptive action of the Yuzpe regimen is unclear. 相似文献

The integrin superfamily of adhesion receptors mediates interactions between cells and the extracellular matrix. Our earlier immunohistochemical analysis showed that normal mammary epithelium expressed high levels of the alpha 2 beta 1 collagen/laminin receptor and intermediate levels of the alpha 5 beta 1 fibronectin receptor. In contrast, malignant cells of adenocarcinoma of the breast exhibited marked diminution or loss of the alpha 2 beta 1 and alpha 5 beta 1 integrins. We have now evaluated the level of alpha 2, alpha 5, and beta 1 integrin subunit messenger (m)RNA by in situ hybridization in adenocarcinoma of the breast. Normal breast ducts and ductules expressed high levels of all three integrin subunit mRNAs. Poorly differentiated lesions expressed low to undetectable levels of alpha 2, alpha 5, and beta 1 mRNA. Well- and moderately differentiated lesions expressed all three subunits at intermediate levels. Thus, decreased expression of the alpha 2 beta 1 and alpha 5 beta 1 integrins in mammary carcinoma is the result of decreased steady-state integrin subunit mRNA levels due to altered expression of the integrin genes. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: Despite many recent advances in IVF treatment implantation rates per embryo transfer rarely exceed 30%. Three integrins (alpha(1)beta(1),alpha(4)beta(1) and alpha(v)beta(3)) have been shown to be expressed in the endometrium in a cyclically dependent manner and are thought therefore to play a vital role in the process of implantation. METHODS: The effect of gonadotrophin stimulation on the expression of these three integrins within the endometrium was investigated by examining biopsies from oocyte donation patients and comparing them with fertile controls. RESULTS: A delay in the maturation of the glandular epithelium was found in the oocyte donation patients. There was also a reduction in the expression of all three integrins in the glandular epithelium and also a reduced expression of the alpha(v)beta(3) integrin in the luminal epithelium. CONCLUSIONS: As these integrins have been shown to be important in implantation their reduced expression after IVF treatment may have an adverse effect on pregnancy rates. 相似文献

Pneumocystis carinii is an extracellular pathogen which requires attachment to alveolar epithelial cells for growth and replication. Previous studies have demonstrated that the extracellular matrix protein fibronectin (Fn) facilitates attachment of P. carinii to lung cells. This study addresses the role of cell surface Fn receptors (integrins) as mediators of P. carinii attachment and demonstrates the effect of P. carinii attachment on integrin expression on cultured lung cells. To determine the role of Fn-binding integrins in P. carinii attachment, attachment of 51Cr-labelled P. carinii organisms to the lung epithelial cell line A549 was quantified in the presence or absence of anti-integrin antibodies. Antibodies to the alpha v and alpha 5 integrin subunits significantly inhibited P. carinii attachment, while addition of antibody to the alpha subunit of a non-Fn-binding integrin, alpha 2, did not affect P. carinii attachment. To further investigate the role of Fn-binding integrins in P. carinii attachment, the effect of P. carinii attachment on expression of the alpha v and alpha 5 integrin subunits was determined. A549 cells incubated with either P. carinii organisms or with the P. carinii major surface glycoprotein gp120 demonstrated a 3- to 10-fold increase in expression of the alpha 5 integrin subunit; however, neither P. carinii nor gp120 affected the expression of alpha v integrin. Furthermore, the effects of P. carinii on A549 cell alpha 5 integrin expression were attenuated by the addition of an anti-gp120 antibody which blocks P. carinii attachment to A549 cells. Therefore, P. carinii attachment to lung epithelial cells appears to be mediated by alpha v- and alpha 5-containing integrins expressed on the epithelial cell surface, and P. carinii attachment results in increased expression of the alpha 5 integrin subunit. 相似文献

Cell surface marker CD9 has been reported to play a role in inhibiting trophoblastic cell invasion. Since the invasive properties of cancer cells may resemble those of trophoblasts, we decided to investigate the role of CD9 in the invasion of endometrial cancer cells. In normal human endometrium, CD9 was found to be constitutively expressed on epithelial cells, as reported previously. While epithelial cells of endometrial hyperplasia (n = 5) were also positive for the expression of CD9, endometrial adenocarcinomas (n = 15) showed reduced expression. In order to clarify the significance of this reduced CD9 expression in endometrial cancer, an in-vitro invasion assay system was used to assess the effect of anti-CD9 monoclonal antibody (mAb) on the invasive properties of endometrial cancer cell line. Anti-CD9 mAb significantly enhanced invasion of the RL95-2 and Ishikawa cell lines, without affecting cell proliferation. Since CD9 is associated with the integrin subunits beta(1), alpha(3) and alpha(6) in human endometrium, we investigated the functional relationship between CD9 and these integrins in the RL95-2 cell line. Monoclonal antibodies against the integrins beta(1), alpha(3) and alpha(6) inhibited RL95-2 cell invasion. However, anti-CD9 mAb continued to show a stimulatory effect on RL95-2 cell invasion after treatment with anti-integrin alpha(3) mAb. In contrast, the anti-CD9 mAb had no effect after treatment with the mAb for integrins alpha(6) and beta(1). These findings indicate that CD9 is involved in regulating the invasive properties of endometrial carcinoma cells and that this effect is partially mediated by integrin subunits alpha(6) and beta(1). The reorganization of the human endometrium is termed decidualization, which includes endometrial cell proliferation, differentiation, integrin switching and extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling during early pregnancy. The present study aimed to investigate distribution patterns, staining intensity and sex steroid-mediated regulation of integrin alpha5 (CD49e), integrin beta4 (CD49f) expression and their ligands fibronectin and laminin during decidualization. Human tissue samples were evaluated in two groups, those collected in early days and those collected in advanced days of the first trimester. Correlating immunostaining was found between laminin and integrin beta4, and between fibronectin and integrin alpha5. The expression of fibronectin was higher than that of laminin in the early days (p < 0.05). Temporal and spatial immunostaining of integrin beta4 and alpha5 in the apical pole of luminal and glandular cells was observed as pregnancy progressed (p < 0.05). In vitro results showed that human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) stimulated laminin expression, downregulated integrin beta4 expression, whereas estradiol decreased fibronectin expression by Ishikawa cells. hCG suppressed fibronectin expression in endometrial stromal cells in culture. Our results suggest that fibronectin is responsible for induction of decidual cell differentiation, and different temporal and spatial expression of the integrins may play a role in implantation. Our in vitro results suggest that regulation of extracellular matrix remodeling and integrin switching are at least partially regulated by reproductive hormones. 相似文献

Aim: Develop an in vitro 3D-model for human embryo implantation on receptive endometrial construct.
Material and Methods: Three-dimensional in vitro endometrial construct (n=12) was developed by culturing isolated human endometrial stromal cells in collagen matrix overlaid with epithelial cells. After priming hormonally, human blastocysts were placed and cultured in alpha-medium. Attachment of embryo was confirmed using cytokeratin-7 and expression of endometrial receptivity markers using immunohistochemistry. Antiprogestin mifepristone was used to test implantation and receptivity.
Results: Embryos attached to receptive endometrial construct . Epithelial and stromal cells of endometrial construct expressed ER-α, ER-β, PR-(A+B), PR-B, VEGF, LIF, IL-1beta and COX-2. Epithelial cells expressed AR, integrinαV β3 and MUC1. Mifepristone inhibited blastocyst attachment, up-regulated epithelial ER-β, PR-B; down regulated stromal VEGF, MUC1 and integrin αV β3 as observed in vivo .
Conclusion: An in vitro human embryo implantation model, regulated by progesterone was developed and tested. This could be further used to understand molecular basis of human embryo implantation . 相似文献
