由于毛细现象液面上升高度计算的思考

毛细现象在日常生活和科技生产中都有着重要的作用。大部分同学在计算毛细管中液面上升高度时,往往因为不能抓住模型的本质而产生错误。本文针对两种不同的模型通过对比计算方法,指出了错误产生的原因从而加以规避。     

A test for the assessment of the duration of the action of neostigmine and of the relative potencies of various anticholinesterases using the pupil of the mouse

The miotic effect of anticholinesterases was used to monitor the duration of their activity and to compare the relative potency of different members of this group. Female albino mice were used and the diameter of their pupils measured with the help of a monocular microscope at a magnification of × 60. After a suitable control period, readings were taken at 30 min intervals. This test was found to be superior to previous tests described for the same purpose.

目的介绍国内外中药白花前胡提取成分对心血管作用的研究进展 ,为研究和开发中草药提供参考。方法以国内外大量有代表性的文献为基础 ,进行分析、整理和归纳。结果白花前胡提取成分保护心血管作用可能通过以下机制 :a .阻滞钙内流 ;b .抑制血小板聚集作用 ;c .促钾通道开放 ;d .调节心肌细胞动作电位 ;e .抗氧自由基和脂质过氧化作用实现。结论白花前胡及其有效成分在研究和开发防治心血管疾病新药方面具有广阔前景     

Lack of influence of the carbamoyl group on the stereochemistry of the acid-catalyzed opening of the aziridine ring of the mitomycins and of congeners

The acid-catalyzed opening of the aziridine ring of mitomycins A and C is known to occur predominantly with cis stereochemistry. We have observed that the presence or absence of a carbamoyl group at C-10 of mitomycin C and in certain of its analogues does not have a significant influence on the stereochemistry of the opening of this ring. The trans product obtained from mitomycin C was shown to be stable when treated with acid under the conditions of its formation. Mitomycin B was also shown to yield predominantly the cis product when it was subjected to acid-catalyzed opening of its aziridine ring. The 1H NMR spectra of acetate derivatives prepared from mitomycin B show two sets of signals that are due to two populations of rotamers. The analysis of these spectra has substantiated several previous spectral assignments. This paper also presents some thoughts on acid-catalyzed bifunctional DNA alkylation by mitomycins and 10-decarbamoyloxy-9-dehydromitomycins.     

GABA-ergic mechanisms of the action of ketamine on the structures of the hippocampo-reticulo-neocortical system of the brain

In freely mobile rabbits with electrodes preliminarily implanted in the brain structures ketamine (5 mg/kg intravenously or 20 mg/kg intramuscularly) exhibited properties of GABA receptor agonist decreasing the direct excitability of the mesencephalic reticular formation and periaqueductal gray matter and reducing their activating effect on the frontal cortex (FC) and dorsal region of the hippocamp (DH). GABA-mimetics (muscimol, baclofen, aminooxyacetic acid) as well as GABA system antagonists (bicuculline, thiosemicarbazide) attenuated ketamine action at the level of DH and especially FC.     

质疑处方“划价”易位的合理性

目的:合理推进医院服务改革,促进《处方管理办法》的深入落实。方法:比较财务"划价"与调剂"划价"对患者的优势与劣势。结果与结论:财务人员"划价"注重的是经济收入;调剂人员"划价"注重的是处方的合理性,后者对于防范医疗风险、保障患者用药安全起着无可替代的作用。建议将药品价格内容与财务收费联网,让财务划价人员与药剂人员联合办公。
