| 摘 要： | 摘 要 目的:为有效控制药占比提供合理化建议。方法：分析控制药占比这一工作存在的必然要求及其紧迫性，查找已有的药事管理经验并进行分析。结果：调控药占比初衷是引导医院合理发展，但在我院调控药占比过程中，遇到了一些问题，也发现将药占比作为调控指标的一些局限性，医院药事管理调控指标有待进一步完善。结论：控制药占比具有政策指导性和必要性。政府要加大对医疗机构的投入，帮助其解决外在困难；医疗机构也要进行综合管理，遵循合理用药原则；加强宣传并教育。

| Abstract: | ABSTRACT Objective:To provide rationalization proposals for controlling the medicine proportion effectively.Methods: Analyzing the necessity and urgency of controlling the medicine proportion, and finding the pharmacy management experience and analysing of it. Results:Regulating the medicine proportion was to guide the hospital rational development, but the regulation of medicine proportion in our hospital accounting process, we encountered some problems, meanwhile, we found that some limitations of the medicine proportion as regulation indicators, furthermore, the hospital pharmaceutical affairs management regulation index need to be further improved. Conclusion:It is necessary to control medicine proportion. The government should increase investment in medical institutions to help them solve external problems; medical institutions should carry on the comprehensive management, and follow the principles of rational drug use, strengthen publicity and education. |
