| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护士如何在临床合理用药中发挥作用。方法:结合临床实践和对医护人员的合理用药培训经验,根据护士工作特点,归纳总结护士在临床合理用药中的关注点。结果:护士在临床实践中应使用正确的药物、避免无适应证用药、关注注射用药的合理使用(包括过敏试验、配伍禁忌、溶媒的选择、输液配制、输液速度、给药间隔)、合理保存药品、重视患者用药教育、加强药品不良反应的监测。结论:护士加强对合理用药的关注,可保证患者用药安全、有效。

| Abstract: | ABSTRACT Objective:To explore how nurses play an important role in the rational use of drugs. Methods:The approaches and methods were established according to clinical practice, training experience for rational use of drugs in medical personnel, and characteristics of nurses.Results:Nurses should pay attention to aspects such as the correct medication use, allergic test, incompatibility, solvent selection, infusion preparation, the speed of infusion, dosing interval, drug preservative, drug adverse reaction monitoring, and patient medication education. Conclusion:Nurses pay attention to rational use of drug can ensure the safety of patients and effectiveness on drugs. |
