| 摘 要： | 摘 要 目的：分析2013~2015年南京地区麻醉药品的使用情况及用药趋势，为阿片类药品的科学管理和合理使用提供参考。方法：采用金额排序法和用药频度排序法，对南京地区34家医院2013~2015年临床使用的阿片类镇痛药品进行统计和分析。结果：阿片类药品用药金额逐年递增，2013~2015年阿片类药品中地佐辛一直保持销售金额第1位；吗啡缓释片用药频度一直位居第一。无创给药的药品用量高于注射剂。结论：2013~2015年南京地区阿片类镇痛药销售金额呈上升趋势，用药结构基本合理。

| Abstract: | ABSTRACT Objective:To analyze the utilization and tendency of opioid drug in 34 hospital in Nanjing area from 2013 2015 for providing a basis for rational use and management of opioid. Methods:Drug consumption was analyzed by sum and DDDs. Results:The amount of opioid drug medication increased year by year, Dezocine in 2013 2015 had been dominated by the amount of sales top one. The DDDs of morphine tables had been ranked No.1. The usage of Noninvasive drug was more than injection drugs. Conclusion:The use of opioid drug in Nanjing area from 2013 2015 was basically reasonable, according with regulation. |
