摘    要:目的 分析新型冠状病毒B.1.617.2变异株感染儿童的血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)M、IgG特点,为大疫情时代下疫情防控提供参考。方法 研究组为2021年5月26日至2021年6月11日广州医科大学附属市八医院确诊的28例(年龄2~17岁)新型冠状病毒B.1.617.2变异株感染患儿。对照组为同期变异株感染成人患者125例(年龄21~92岁)。收集两组血清IgM、IgG水平,分析组间临床特点及血清IgM、IgG规律。采用卡方检验和独立样本t检验。结果 研究组儿童血清中IgM抗体阴性4例,IgG抗体阴性3例;研究组IgG、IgM最高滴度平均值分别为20.53、3.16,对照组分别为263.18、19.78(均P<0.05)。结论 新型冠状病毒B.1.617.2变异株感染儿童血清中IgM、IgG抗体滴度显著低于成人水平;儿童的临床症状较成人轻。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the characteristics of serum immunoglobulin (Ig) M and IgG in children infected with the novel coronavirus B.1.617 2 variants and provide references for epidemic prevention and control in the era of pandemic.Methods:Twenty-eight 2-17 years old children infected with the novel coronavirus B.1.617 2 variants treated at Guangzhou Eighth Hospital, Guangzhou Medical University were selected as a study group. One hundred and twenty-five 21-92 years old patients during the same period were selected as a control group. The serum levels of IgM and IgG collected from both groups. The clinical characteristics and the rules of serum IgM and IgG were analyzed. The χ2 test and independent-sample t test were used. Results:In the study group, 4 cases were negative in IgM antibodies, and 3 cases in IgG antibodies. The average of the highest titers of IgG and IgM were 20.53 and 3.16 in the study group, and were 263.18 and 19.78 in the control group (both P<0.05). Conclusions:The antibody titers of IgM and IgG in children infected with novel coronavirus B.1.617.2 variants are lower than those in adults. The clinical symptoms of children are milder than those of adults.
