| 摘 要： | 对五苓散证的病机病位进行了探讨,作者认为“膀胱蓄水”仅是五苓散证病机的一个方面,并结合《黄帝内经》、《难经》及张仲景原文分析,指出五苓散病位当在三焦,病机为三焦气化不利,津液输布失常。医者临床治疗皮肤病,凡符合此病机病位,均可尝试运用五苓散加减治疗。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the pathogenesis of Wuling Powder. The author thinks that "bladder impoundment" is only one aspect of the pathogenesis of Wuling Powder. In combination with the original analysis of The yellow emperor''s Canon,Nanjing and theory of ZHANG Zhongjing,it is pointed out that the pathogenesis of Wuling Powder is in sanjiao,the pathogenesis is disadvantageous to the gasification of sanjiao,and the distribution of body fluid is abnormal. Doctor can use modified Wuling Powder as the same pathogenesis and disease location in clinical treatment of skin diseases. |
