| 摘 要： | 心悸是指自觉心中悸动,惊惕不安,甚则不能自主的一种病症.栗锦迁教授在临床中根据患者的临床表现辨证施治,多采用生脉散、苓桂术甘汤、升陷汤等方剂治疗,取得较好的临床疗效.主要介绍栗锦迁教授运用生脉散、苓桂术甘汤、升陷汤治疗心悸的指征及加减运用等方面.在具体的应用中可根据主诉和临床症状辨证施治.对于舌质偏淡或淡红,舌苔较少,脉细者多可以生脉散加减治疗;对于四肢不温、下肢水肿、后背凉等症状者,多以苓桂术甘汤加减治疗.对于气短、胸闷、呼吸难以接续者,多可用升陷汤加减治疗.

| Abstract: | Heart palpitation is the disease that the patients are able to detect the heart disordered beating, feeling horribly sick, or even are not able to control themselves. Professor LI Jin-qian always according to the clinical presentation. He generally uses the Shengmai San, Linggui Zhugan decoction, Shengxian decoction to treat the heart palpitation, when basis the rule of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and achieving a better clinical efficiency. The paper mainly introduces Professor LI Jin-qian applications and modified uses the Shengmai San, Linggui Zhugan decoction and the Shengxian decoction to treat the heart palpitation and so on. In the specific applications, doctors should treat patients according to the chief complaint and clinical syndrome differentiation. Patients with partial pink or pink tongue, less coated tongue, thin veins can be treated by Shengmai san. Patients with limbs not warm lower extremity edema, back cold and other symptoms, many more can be treated by Linggui Zhugan decoction. Patients with shortness of breath, chest tightness, difficult breathing connection, many more can be treated by Shengxian decoction. |
