摘    要:目的] 运用网络药理学挖掘玉米须干预糖尿病的主要活性成分及其潜在靶标,探讨玉米须对糖尿病的干预机制。方法] 运用中药系统药理学数据库和分析平台(TCMSP)筛选玉米须活性成分的作用靶标。运用人类表型术语集(HPO),毒性与基因比较数据库(CTD)筛选糖尿病的靶标。采用STRING软件构建玉米须干预糖尿病的中药-疾病靶标网络。结果] 得到12个活性成分和92个关键靶标,涉及糖尿病的靶标有8个。预测主要与AKT1,INSR,PRKACA等靶标有关。主要参与胰岛素信号通路和AMPK信号通路等途径。结论] 玉米须可能通过调节AKT1和INSR蛋白参与胰岛素信号通路或AMPK信号通路对2型糖尿病起效,相关靶点及通路和现有的文献报道较为一致,可为其药用、食用的进一步开发提供参考依据。

Abstract:Objective] The main active ingredients and potential targets of Maydis Seigma for diabetes mellitus were explored by network pharmacology,and the intervention mechanism of Maydis Seigma for diabetes mellitus was discussed. Methods] TCMSP was used to screen the target of active ingredients. The target of diabetes mellitus was screened by HPO and CTD. STRING was used to construct the herb-disease target network of Maydis Seigma in intervention in diabetes mellitus. Results] The 12 active ingredients and 92 key targets were obtained which 8 targets were involved in diabetes mellitus. The prediction was mainly related to AKT1,INSR,PRKACA,and involved in insulin signaling pathway and AMPK signaling pathway. Conclusion] Maydis Seigma participates in Insulin signaling pathway or AMPK signaling pathway by regulating AKT1 and INSR proteins. The related targets and pathways were consistent with the existing literatures,which can provide reference for the further development of its medicinal and edible properties.
