甘草化学成分植物雌激素活性研究进展

摘    要:甘草是一种来自于豆科甘草属的重要中药,含有400多种化学成分,以黄酮类和三萜类为主,其中黄酮类化合物具有很强的植物雌激素活性,通过调节雌激素受体(ER)、PI3K/Akt和MAPK等多种信号通路治疗包括乳腺癌、神经性、心血管在内的多种疾病。通过查阅PubMed、中国知网数据库搜集相关文献,总结了甘草中具有植物雌激素活性的成分,并阐述其相关疾病和作用机制,一方面为甘草中植物雌激素成分的临床应用提供实验依据,另一方面为开发甘草中新的植物雌激素活性成分提供参考。

Abstract:Licorice, isolated from Fabaceae Glycyrrhiza, is an essential traditional Chinese medicine. Flavonoids and triterpenoids play main roles among 400 compounds, identified from Licorice. Due to phytoestrogenic activity, flavonoids are broadly used for clinical treatment, including breast cancer, neuropathic, cardiovascular and other various diseases via PI3K/Akt and MAPK pathways. This review focuses on the molecular mechanisms and clinical applications of phytoestrogen from licorice, based on database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) and PubMed, which sheds lights on the clinical treatment and drug discovery of phytoestrogen from licorice.
