| 摘 要： | 重症肌无力是可见于各年龄段的一种常见疾病，属中医学痿证范畴。根据气化理论及其临床症状，认为中气不运为其病机关键，治疗宜针药并用以扶阳补阴，调和阴阳。

| Abstract: | Myasthenia gravis is a common disease that it is visible in all ages, and it belongs to flaccidity syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine. The author thinks that qi of middle-jiao energy don''t transport and transform that is the key of pathogenesis based on gasification theory and clinical symptoms. The treatment of myasthenia gravis should by acupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine, and it should follow the principle of helping yang, controling yin, regulating yin and yang, and half nourishing and half running. |
