| 摘 要： | 目的]观察益气温阳法治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法]将60例患者随机分为对照组30例、治疗组30例。对照组予西医常规强心、利尿、扩血管治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加服中药益气温阳法。结果]治疗组中医疗效、心功能疗效改善均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论]益气温阳法治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效较好,可明显改善症状,改善左室舒缩功能,提高患者生活质量,降低再住院率,减少病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of benefiting Qi and warming yang in treating chronic heart failure.Methods] 60 patients were randomly divided into control group of 30 patients,the treatment group of 30 patients,control group,conventional Western medicine with strengthening cardiac function,diuretic,vasodilator effect group.In treatment group the patients were treated with the herbs of benefiting Qi and warming Yang on the base of using drugs administered in control group.Results] The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in improving the symptom of cardiac function was better than that in the control group(P<0.05,0.01).Conclusion] The treatment of chronic heart failure with benefiting Qi and warming yang has better effect.It can significantly improve symptoms,left ventricular diastolic function,improve quality of life of patients and reduce the readmission rate and reduce mortality. |
