| 摘 要： | 目的]通过观察临床半夏泻心汤对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)治疗效果,推广半夏泻心汤在现代临床的应用,扩大其临床应用范围。方法]选择60例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为2组,其中1组予半夏泻心汤治疗(简称治疗组),另1组予猴头菌片治疗(简称对照组)。结果]治疗组总体疗效总有效率明显优于对照组。治疗组治疗后各症状积分均有显著下降,提示经过辨证运用半夏泻心汤治疗后,各种常见症状均得以改善。治疗后治疗组痞满积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其余症状积分两组无明显差异。内镜疗效评定发现,治疗组胃镜征象改善有效率明显高于对照组;其中对糜烂和胆汁反流的改善更为明显,与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论]辨证运用半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效显著,不仅可以缓解临床症状,而且可以明显改善胃镜征象。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the curative effect of Pinelliae decoction for purging stomach-fire on treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) and extend its clinical application. Methods] The sixty patients of CAG were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were treated by Pinelliae decoction for purging stomach-fire and that of control group were treated by heriacium tablet. Results] The total effective rate of treatment group had an obviously advantage than that of control group. The symptoms score of treatment group was obviously lower than that of control group after the treatment(P<0.05). The effective rate of gastroscope improvement in treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.01). Especially, the dissipated and bile regurgitation was obviously improved. Conclusions] Pinelliae decoction for purging stomach-fire based on differentiation of symptoms and signs may have obviously effect on treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Pinelliae decoction for purging stomach-fire may not only relieve clinical symptoms and but also improve gastroscope signs. |
