| 摘 要： | 目的 评价超声龈下刮治联合手工根面平整治疗老年慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法 选择40例老年慢性牙周炎患者，随机分为两组（n=20），分别使用超声龈下刮治联合手工根面平整（试验组）和超声龈下刮治（对照组）进行治疗，在治疗前及治疗后6周、12周记录菌斑指数（PLI）、出血指数(BI) 、探诊深度（PD）和附着丧失（AL）。结果 治疗两组患者的牙周指标PLI、BI、PD 和AL与治疗前相比均显著下降（P<0.05），其中PD减少量和AL减少量试验组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。PLI减少量和BI减少量两组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 超声龈下刮治联合手工根面平整治疗老年慢性牙周炎疗效优于单独超声龈下刮治。

Ultrasound subgingival scaling combined with manual root planing for treatment of
chronic periodontitis in elderly patients |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ultrasound subgingival scaling combined with manual root planing for
treatment of chronic periodontitis in elderly patients. Methods Forty elderly patients with chronic periodontitis were
randomly divided into test group for treatment with ultrasound and Gracey subgingival curette for subgingival scaling
combined with manual root planing and control group treated with ultrasound subgingival curette scaling (n=20). We
compared plaque index (PLI), bleeding index (BI), probing depth (PD), and attachment loss (AL) between the two groups
before and at 6 weeks and 12 weeks after the treatment. Results After periodontal treatment, PLI, BI, PD and AL all decreased
significantly in both groups compared with the levels before the treatment (P<0.05). The patients in the test group showed
significantly more obvious decrease of PD and AL than those in the control group (P<0.05), but the reduction of PLI and BI was
comparable between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions Ultrasound subgingival scaling combined with manual root
planing produces better therapeutic effect than ultrasonic subgingival scaling alone for treatment of chronic periodontitis in
elderly patients. |
