| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨乳腺癌、宫颈癌和卵巢癌等影响女性健康的常见肿瘤居家宁养患者的生存质量及不同肿瘤、不同收入来源及人均收入水平等因素对生存质量的影响.方法 应用<癌症疼痛及生活质量调查表>,由宁养院专科护士对某宁养院2008、2009年收治的居家宁养的乳腺癌、宫颈癌、卵巢癌患者,在第一次巡诊探访时进行填表调查.调查结果采用Epidata建立数据库录入数据,应用SPSS软件进行单因素方差分析.结果 患者的生存质量状况普遍较差,生存质量总分平均得分仅28.02,生存质量被评为差和极差的患者比值高达81.38%.各条目中仅家庭的理解与配合得分较高.不同的肿瘤种类和患者不同的生活来源对其生存质量有影响.结论 关注居家宁养的晚期肿瘤患者的生存质量,帮助其获得更多的家庭支持和社会支持,是癌症患者姑息治疗的重要内容和有效手段.
