| 摘 要： | 介绍了贺菊乔教授以“肾-天癸-肾子轴”论治特发性少弱畸形精子症的临床经验，提出“肾-天癸-肾子轴”为肾主生殖功能的直接体现，指明其与脏腑调控的相关性，揭示了其与“下丘脑-腺垂体-睾丸轴”的相通之处，并介绍了贺菊乔教授治疗特发性少弱畸形精子症的临证思路和效验方药。

| Abstract: | The clinical experience of professor He Juqiao in recognizing idiopathic oligoasthenoteratozoospermia from the concept of "kidney-tiangui-testicle and epididymis axis"， with the "kidney-tiangui-testicle and epididymis axis" as the direct manifestation of reproductive function governed by kidney being put forward. It is clarified the kidney's physiological effects and pointed out its correlation with visceral regulation， which shares the common concept with hypothalamus-hypophysis-testis axis and gives hints to the clinical thoughts and treatment for idiopathic oligoasthenoteratozoospermia. |
