| 摘 要： | 目的 建立枸杞多糖的含量测定方法,并测定不同产地枸杞药材中多糖的含量.方法 采用水提醇沉法制备枸杞多糖,将枸杞多糖脱蛋白后制得精制枸杞多糖,以精制枸杞多糖测得枸杞多糖对葡萄糖的换算因子后,用苯酚-硫酸法测定不同产地枸杞药材中多糖的含量.结果 平均回收率为98.8%,测得不同产地枸杞药材中多糖含量分别为4.03%、7.5... |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for polysaccharides content determination and determine the content of Lycium barbarum L. polysaccharides (LBP) form different areas. Methods LBP were prepared by water extraction-alcohol precipitation method, and then deproteinized to obtain refined LBP. After the conversion coefficient of refined LBP to glucose was obtained, the content of LBP was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method. Results The polysaccharide content of six batches LBP was 4.03%, 7.55%, 2.92%, 4.99%, 3.54% and 4.67%, respectively, and the average recovery rate reached 98.8%. Conclusion The method is simple, and the results are precisely close to the true value. The polysaccharide content of LBP from different areas is comparatively different, which lays a foundation for the further study of quality control and efficacy evaluation of Lycium barbarum L.. |
