| 摘 要： | 目的比较改良卡介苗（BCG）替代结核分枝杆菌（TB）痰涂片抗酸染色实验的教学应用价值。方法测定改良BCG痰涂片、BCG痰涂片和TB痰涂片的稳定性及染色镜检合格率。结果改良BCG痰涂片稳定性均高于BCG痰涂片和TB痰涂片（P < 0.05~P < 0.01），且抽检合格率为100%，实验教学合格率>98.8%。结论改良BCG痰涂片教学简便可靠，同时易保存，可作为微生物实验教学替代实验的重要手段。

Study on the teaching application of acid-fast staining of modified BCG sputum smear |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo compare the teaching application value between modified BCG sputum smear and Mycobacterium tuberculosis(TB) acid-fast staining test.MethodsThe stability and qualified rate under staining microscope of the modified BCG sputum smear, BCG sputum smear and TB sputum smear were identified.ResultsThe stability of modified BCG sputum smear was significantly higher than that of BCG sputum smear and TB sputum smear(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01), and the qualified rate of sampling inspection and qualified rate of experimental teaching were 100% and more than 98.8%, respectively.ConclusionsThe teaching of modified BCG sputum smear is simple, reliable and easy to preserve.It can be used as an important means to replace the microbiology experiment teaching. |
