| 摘 要： | 目的:探究双柏散外敷结合电磁波照射治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效,并分析其对患儿临床症状及炎症因子的影响。方法:选取肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿70例,按随机数字表法分为观察组37例和对照组33例。对照组给予西医抗感染或抗病毒对因治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予双柏散外敷结合电磁波治疗仪照射治疗,连续治疗3个治疗后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状改善情况及治疗前后炎症因子水平变化。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为94.59%,高于对照组的75.76%(P<0.05); 观察组患儿的腹痛、腹泻、食欲不振、发热和大便不调等临床症状缓解或消失时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05); 治疗后,两组患儿的肠系膜淋巴结横径和纵径均明显下降(均P<0.05),且观察组的肠系膜淋巴结横径和纵径均小于对照组(均P<0.05); 治疗后,两组患儿的血清白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均明显下降,且观察组的血清IL-6、CRP和TNF-α水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:双柏散外敷结合电磁波治疗仪在治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎方面疗效确切,可有效缓解患儿的临床症状,缩小肿大的肠系膜淋巴结,降低炎症因子水平,促进患儿恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective:This study aims to explore the clinical effects of external application of Shuangbai powder combined with specific electromagnetic wave(TDP)therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis,and analyze its influence on clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors.Methods:70 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group(n=37)and control group(n=33).The control group received etiological anti-infection or anti-viral treatment with western medicine,while the observation group received external application of Shuangbai powder combined with irradiation therapy using TDP therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the treatment of control group.Three courses of treatment later,the clinical effects,improvement of clinical symptoms,and changes in inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The total response rate of the observation group was 94.59%,higher than 75.76%in the control group(P<0.05).The relief time or disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain,diarrhea,loss of appetite,fever,and irregular stool in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the transverse and longitudinal diameters of mesenteric lymph nodes significantly decreased in the 2 groups(all P<0.05),which were smaller in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the 2 groups decreased significantly,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of Shuangbai powder combined with TDP therapeutic apparatus is effective in the treatment of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis,which can effectively relieve the children’s clinical symptoms,shrink the enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes,and lower the levels of inflammatory factors,thus promoting recovery. |
