| 摘 要： | 目的:观察治甲一方治疗甲状腺功能亢进的有效性和安全性。方法:将180例甲状腺功能亢进患者随机分为对照组110例和观察组70例,对照组患者给予甲巯咪唑口服,观察组患者给予治甲一方口服,连续治疗6个月。比较两组治疗的临床效果、中医证候积分,测定甲状腺激素水平、糖脂代谢相关指标、血清中相关因子含量,记录不良反应。结果:观察组、对照组的有效率分别为92.86%、81.82%,以观察组疗效更好(P<0.05); 治疗后,与对照组进行组间比较,观察组患者的胸胁胀满、情志不畅、口苦口干等主要症状的中医证候积分显著降低(均P<0.05); 观察组患者治疗后的TSH水平显著升高,FT4、FT3、TRAb水平显著降低(均P<0.05); 观察组的糖脂代谢紊乱纠正程度更明显,2hPBG、FBG显著降低,TC、TG显著升高(均P<0.05); 与观察组5.71%的不良反应发生率相比,对照组的不良反应发生率26.05%相对较高(P<0.05)。结论:治甲一方在减轻甲状腺功能亢进患者临床症状、改善甲状腺功能方面有良效,更利于调节脂质代谢,减轻炎症程度。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of treating hyperthyroidism with the Zhijia Yifang.Methods:180 patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into the control group(n=110)and the observation group(n=70).Patients in the control group were given methimazole for oral administration,while those in the observation group were given Zhijia Yifang for 6 consecutive months.The clinical effect of treatment and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.The thyroid hormone levels,related indicators of glucose and lipid metabolism,and the content of related factors in serum were measured,and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results:The effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 92.86% and 81.82% respectively.The effect of the observation group was better(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the scores of TCM syndromes of patients in the observation group were significantly lower(all P<0.05).In the observation group,TSH levels were significantly increased after treatment,while FT4,FT3 and TRAb levels were significantly decreased(all P<0.05).In the observation group,the degree of glucose and lipid metabolism disorder correction was more obvious,2hPBG and FBG were significantly reduced,and TC and TG were significantly increased(all P<0.05).Compared with 5.71% of the observation group,26.05% of the control group had a relatively high incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhijia Yifang is effective in relieving the clinical symptoms and improving the thyroid function of patients with hyperthyroidism,it is more beneficial to regulate lipid metabolism and reduce inflammation. |
