| 摘 要： | 难治性反流性食管炎是一种消化系统的难治病、常见病。李佃贵教授将其从“五脏”治疗难治性反流性食管炎,认为该病的病位虽在食道,属胃所主,但其发病与五脏密切相关。脾失健运、升降失衡,肝郁不舒、克伐胃土,心失所养、络郁不通,肺失宣降、胃失和降,肾水亏虚、胃阴失滋,均可累及胃腑,致其通降失职,气机不利,郁而化火,参与难治性反流性食管炎的发生发展及其传变。故临证时,李教授在和胃降逆的基础上予以“升脾阳、运脾气”“疏肝、凉肝”“温心阳、清心火”“宣肺、肃肺”“滋肾阴”等治法,调治五脏,使五脏功能正常运转,病情得到有效控制。

| Abstract: | Refractory reflux esophagitis is a refractory and common disease of the digestive system.The author is fortunate to follow Professor Li Diangui's clinical study,and now he uses his experience in treating refractory reflux esophagitis from the “five organs” to readers.Professor Li believes that although the disease is located in the esophagus and belongs to the stomach,its incidence is closely related to the five internal organs.Spleen loss of health,unbalanced movements,liver depression,unsatisfactory liver,keval stomach,heart failure,nourishment of collateral depression,loss of lung loss,stomach loss and drop,kidney water deficiency,stomach yin loss,can all affect the stomach Fu,causing its failure to pass the job,unfavorable vitality,stagnation and fire,participated in the development and transmission of refractory reflux esophagitis.Therefore,on the basis of the approval of the stomach,Professor Li gave “lifting spleen yang,transporting spleen qi”,“spleen liver,cooling liver”,“warming heart yang,clearing heart fire”,“Xuanfei,sufei”,“zishenyin”,etc.Governing law,regulating the five internal organs,making the five internal organs function normally,and the disease condition is effectively controlled. |
