摘    要:目的 :研究扯根菜的水溶性化学成分。方法 :吸附色谱柱、大孔吸附树脂等手段分离 ,理化常数、波谱数据和化学方法鉴定。结果 :从水提取物的醇溶部分得到 3个化合物 ,分别为乔松素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷 (Ⅰ) ,2 ,4,6-三羟基苯甲酸 (Ⅱ) ,槲皮素 (Ⅲ)。结论 :化合物Ⅰ ,Ⅱ为首次从该植物中得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Penthorum chinense. METHOD: Silica gel and macroporous resin were used as adsorbent for isolation and purification. The chemical structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical methods. RESULT: Three compounds were isolated from the water-extract of P. chinense. The structures were identified as 5-hydroxy-flavanone-7-O-beta-D-glucoside (I), 2,4,6-trihydroxybenzoic acid (II) and quercetin(III), respectively. CONCLUSION: Compounds I and II were isolated from this plant for the first time.
