芍药甘草复方效应组分谱效关系研究

摘    要:目的:研究芍药甘草复方大鼠给药后的解痉活性成分。方法:在建立芍药甘草体内成分指纹图谱分析方法的基础上,通过对芍药甘草各效应组分8组不同配比给药后大鼠血清的胃底肌条解痉实验,获得各组抑制率,将药效学信息与各组血清HPLC指纹图谱化学信息进行相关性研究。并采用HPLCESIMS/MS分析芍药甘草效应组分给药后血清样品。结果:谱效相关性研究发现,芍药甘草效应组分给药后体内4个色谱峰与药效相关性较大,与药效呈正相关,且相关系数大于04,分别为0774,0678,0566,0472,其保留时间分别为803,517,5459,7243 min;经质谱分析,主要为效应组分代谢成分。结论:通过谱效研究直接获得体内活性物质,建立了体内活性物质谱效研究的一种新方法,是复方中药的药效物质基础确定的有效手段。
