| 摘 要： | 应用脉冲式超声多普勒及经颅超声多普勒对麻醉犬颅内、外血管血流动力学进行了同步测定,观察到小剂量葛根素不降低脑血流灌注压,但可减慢大脑中动脉及大脑前动脉流速,增加脑血流量。脑血流的增加由颅内动脉扩张引起。

| Abstract: | The hemedynamics of lefi intraand extracranial artenes was determined by a pulsatile Dopplerflometer and a transe.ranial lyippler system simultaneously in anesthetized dogs. Low doses of puerarin (50mg/kg,iv) did not aher the cerebral porfusion prew.sure .but reduced the flow velocites of both amddle cerebral artery and antenor cerebral artery. The globle cerebral blood flow was enhanced due to dilatation of the intracranial arteries. |
