金铁锁根的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究金铁锁根的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱分离纯化,利用ESI-MS,EI-MS,NMR技术确定化合物的结构。结果:分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为goyaprosaponin(1),大豆脑苷Ⅰ(soya-cerebrosideⅠ,2),鸢尾苷(tectoridin,3),α-菠甾醇(α-spinasterol,4),正二十五烷酸(5),β-谷甾醇(6),胡萝卜苷(7)。结论:化合物2~7均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemical constituents from the root of Psammosilene tunicoides. METHOD: Column chromatographic methods were used to isolate the chemical constituents of this plant. ESI-MS, EI-MS and NMR methods were employed for their structural elucidation. RESULT: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as goyaprosaponin (1), Soya-cerebroside (2), tectoridin (3), alpha-spinasterol (4), tetracosanoic acid (5), beta-sitosterol (6), daucosterol (7) respectively. CONCLUSION: Compounds 2-7 were obtained from genus Psammosilene for the first time.
