| 摘 要： | 慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)进展的病理基础包括肾小球硬化、肾间质纤维化和肾动脉硬化,这些病理改变与足细胞及其相关膜蛋白结构或表达异常、尿蛋白肾毒性、肾素.血管紧张素-醛固酮系统活性增强、致纤维化细胞因子过度表达、肾小管上皮细胞表型转化,以及高脂血症、高血压等因素有关.中药可以改善影响肾小球硬化、肾间质纤维化和肾动脉硬化的增恶因素,从而,延缓CKD进展. |

| Abstract: | The pathomechanisms of the progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD) include glomerulosclerosis, renal interstitial fibrosis and renal arteriosclerosis. Chinese herbal medicine can delay the progression of CKD by ameliorating the harmful factors of these pathological changes, such as podocyte and slit diaphragm injury, nephrotoxicity of proteinuria, hyperactivity of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, cytokines over-expression, tubular epithelial myofibroblast transdifferentiation, hyperlipidemia and hypertension. |
