摘    要:穿心莲内酯是穿心莲的主要有效成分,穿心莲内酯及其衍生物具有抗感染、抗肿瘤和免疫调节等作用,尤其是其突出的抗细菌、抗真菌、抗病毒、抗原虫等活性对日益增多的机会性感染具有重要作用。该文结合本课题组多年来对穿心莲内酯的研究,对其及衍生物抗感染的基础与临床研究近10年进展作一综述。

Abstract:Andrographolide (AG) is a main effective ingredient in leaves of Andrographis paniculata. AG and its derivatives have such effects in anti-infection, anti-tumor and immuno-regulation. Particularly, its antibacterial, antiviral and anti-protozoal activities play an increasingly important role in resisting opportunistic infections. On the basis of our studies on AG over the years, we made a summary for the basis and clinical studies on AG and its derivatives over the past 10 years.
