| 摘 要： | 目的:研究瑞香狼毒根中的酚类化学成分。方法:采用溶剂法提取及各种色谱分离法分离纯化,利用波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果:共分离得到2种酚类化学成分,分别鉴定为瑞香酚(stelleranol,1)和伞形花内酯-7-氧葡萄糖苷(umbelliferone-7-O-glucoside,2)。结论:瑞香酚(1)为新双黄酮类化合物,伞形花内酯-7-氧葡萄糖苷(2)为首次从该种植物中分得的成分。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Stellera chamaejasme.Method: The chemical constituents were separated and purified by chromatographic method after solvent extraction and were identified by spectroscopic analysis.Result: Two phenolic compounds were obtained and determined as stelleranol(1) and umbelliferone-7-O-glucoside(2).Conclusion: Compound 1 was a new compound,and compound 2 was isolated from this plant for the first time. |
