杜仲毛状根培养条件优化及其桃叶珊瑚苷药用成分的研究

摘    要:目的:诱导杜仲毛状根的发生及筛选优良毛状根系.方法:利用发根农杆菌C58C1诱导杜仲不同外植体产生毛状根,并利用HPLC测定桃叶珊瑚苷含量.结果:采用杜仲无菌苗胚轴经菌液浸染20 min,共培养3 d可得到最佳转化效果.液体培养的生长量优于固体培养,最有利于毛状根生物量和药用成分的积累,并筛选到桃叶珊瑚苷高产根系E_1.结论:可通过毛状根的培养来获得桃叶珊瑚苷药用成分.

Abstract:Objective: To introduce the hairy root of Eucommia ulmoides. and screen put the excellent roots. Method: Hairy roots were obtained by infecting the different explants of E. ulmoides. Aucubin content was detected by HPLC. Result: The best transformation condition was embryonic axis infected by twenty minutes bacillus water dip-dye and three-day s co-culture. Liquid culture was better than solid culture, and advantageous to accumulating of biomass and medical contents of hairy root. The E1 was the excellent roots. Conclusion: Hairy root of E. ulmoides will be useful for the production of active components in aucubin.
