| Abstract: | By soaking seed in sulphuric acid, the hard seeds of some medicinal plants featuring low germination rate can be softened so as to acclerate the germination. Some relevant physiological processes are analysed in this paper. The study provides a theoretical basis for the artificial raising of medicinal plants in the field. |
