摘    要:小鼠吸入臭氧(O3),在体内诱发较强的自由基反应,导致一系列类似衰老的变化,复制出老龄小鼠模型,观察老龄小鼠肠道菌群的变化。并用黄芪水煎液灌喂衰老小鼠,结果表明,黄芪能使衰老小鼠紊乱的肠道菌群得以调整。

Abstract:Inhaled by mice, ozone induced stronger free radical reaction in the organism and led to a series ofchanges similar to senility. In this way the senility mouse models were established to observe the changes of intestinalflora in senile mice. The senile mice were given the root of Astrogolus membraceus decoction orally. The resultsshowed that the imbalance of intestinal flora in these mice was recovered.
