摘    要:目的:建立以药物活性和专属性菧类成分longistylin A与longistylin C为评价指标的树豆(木豆)药材质量控制方法.方法:采用硅胶柱色谱分离纯化有关成分,光谱技术鉴定化学结构;反相高效液相色谱法测定指标成分的含量.结果:从树豆叶分离鉴定了2种指标成分longistylin A和longistylin C;采用Thermo BDS Hypersil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(80:20)为流动相可使指标成分获得良好分离;longistylin A和longistylin C分别在0.002 88~0.057 6μg和0.011 2~0.224 μg呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.9%,97.2%,RSD分别为2.4%,2.2%.结论:建立了以树豆叶中药物活性菧类成分为指标的药物分析方法,可用于树豆(木豆)药材的质量控制.
