道地与非道地产区金银花质量的比较

摘    要:目的:比较不同产地中药材金银花的质量。方法:用ICP-AES测定药材中微量元素含量,UV测定绿原酸、总黄酮含量,HPLC测定环烯醚萜苷、常青藤皂苷元、齐墩果酸的含量,并用SAS统计分析系统进行聚类分析。结果:道地药材中铬、铅含量低,其主要化学成分绿原酸含量较高,而且总黄酮、环烯醚萜苷、常青藤皂苷元、齐墩果酸等含量均高于非道地产区。结论:道地产区金银花质量优于非道地产区,现代分析结果与传统分类相同。

Abstract:Objective: To compare the quality of Flos Lonicerae between different producing areas.Method: ICP-AES,UV and HPLC were used to determine the contents of trace elements,chlorogenic acid,total flavonoids,five iridoid glucosides,hederagenin,and oleanolic acid.SAS software system was used to perform data and cluster analyses.Result: The results showed that the geo-authentic crude drug was lower in the contents of Cr and Pb but higher in the contents of chlorogenic acid,total flavonoids,five iridoid glucosides,hederagenin,and oleanolic acid than the non-authentic crude drug.Conclusion: The geo-authentic crude drug of Flos Lonicerae is better in quality than the non-authentic crude drug based on the modern chemical analyses,which confirms the validity of traditional geo-based classification.
