思维导图辅助PBL教学法在《心衰进行曲》授课中的应用

摘    要: 目的 探讨思维导图在本科生《器官系统基础》PBL教学中的应用效果。 方法 临床五年制同一轨道的4个PBL班次,人数分别为30人,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组以思维导图为基础,指导学生进行PBL教学,对照组为常规PBL教学。同时对4个班次的学生进行问卷调查,并对期末《器官系统基础—病理生理学》考试成绩进行评价。 结果 试验组学生的学习兴趣、小组之间的互评、综合运用知识解决问题的能力、文献检索能力、团队协作能力以及期末的考试成绩等显著优于对照组。 结论 应用思维导图在《器官系统基础》PBL学习中能够帮助学生增强对知识的把握,进一步对整体理论课的学习也有促进作用。

Application of mindmap assisted problem based learning in teaching of heart failure

Abstract: AIM To explore the effects of mindmap in problem based learning (PBL) on the teaching of Organ System Basis for undergraduates. METHODS Four PBL classes of five-year clinical undergraduates were randomly divided into two experimental groups and two control groups. The mindmap was used in the experimental groups, while the conventional PBL was used in control groups. The four groups of students were surveyed by questionnaires and the final examination results of the course of Organ System Basis - Pathophysiology were evaluated. RESULTS The learning interest, in-class mutual evaluation, ability to solve problems, ability to retrieve literature, team cooperation and final examination results in experimental groups were significantly better than those in the control groups. CONCLUSION The application of mindmap in PBL of Basic Organ Systems helps students enhance their study ability and further promote their performance in theory courses.
