摘    要:骨膜蛋白是一种分泌型的细胞外基质蛋白,表达于多种组织器官,通过与整合素αvβ1、αvβ3和αvβ5结合调节细胞运动,因而在组织发育和重塑过程中发挥重要作用。骨膜蛋白不仅可以诱导血管新生,还可以促进其他细胞外基质成分如胶原、纤维连接蛋白的沉积,参与多种生理和病理性的纤维化过程。增生性玻璃体视网膜病变、增生性糖尿病视网膜病变、年龄相关性黄斑变性等玻璃体视网膜疾病的特征就是玻璃体或视网膜的内外表面形成纤维膜及新生血管,骨膜蛋白与玻璃体视网膜疾病中纤维膜的形成及新生血管形成存在一定的关系。(国际眼科纵览, 2018,  42:   149-153)

Abstract:Periostin, a secretory extracellular matrix protein that is expressed in a variety of tissues and organs, regulates cell movement by binding with integrin αvβ1, αvβ3 and αvβ5. It plays an important role in tissue development and remodeling. Periostin can induce angiogenesis and the deposition of extracelluar matrixes such as collagens and fibronectin, participating in a variety of physiological and pathological processes of fibrosis. Proliferative vitreoretinopathy, proliferative diabetic retinopathy and age-related macular degeneration are characterized by the formation of fibrous membranes in the vitreous or above and beneath the retina. There is an association between periostin and the formation of fibrous membrane and angiogenesis in vitreoretinal diseases.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2018, 42:  149-153)
