| 摘 要： | 病原学的精准判断在感染性疾病的诊治中十分重要。随着宏基因组测序技术和微量样本检测技术的发展，眼内液检测在眼部感染性疾病中的临床应用价值逐步升高。本文主要从眼内液的病原学检测、细胞因子检测、未来与展望等三个方面着手，介绍眼内液检测在眼部感染性疾病诊断与评估中的应用。

| Abstract: | Accurate etiological judgment is important in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases. With the development of metagenomic sequencing technology and micro-sample detection technology, the clinical value of intraocular fluid detection in ocular infectious diseases has gradually increased. Focusing on etiological detection, cytokine detection and prospects, this paper introduces the application of intraocular fluid detection in the diagnosis and evaluation of ocular infectious diseases. |
