2010 - 2018年南昌地区蜚蠊监测及侵害特征分析

摘    要:目的 了解2010 - 2018年南昌地区不同室内环境中侵害的蜚蠊种类、密度、及季节消长规律,为城市蜚蠊防制提供依据。方法 2010年 - 2018年按照《国家病媒生物监测方案》的要求,采用粘捕法在南昌地区开展蜚蠊监测,收集监测数据并对监测结果进行统计分析。结果 2010 - 2018年间,德国小蠊占所有捕获蜚蠊的96.97%; 南昌地区总蜚蠊密度为1.29只/张,总侵害率为9.22%;5类环境类型中,以餐饮环境的蜚蠊总密度及侵害率最高,分别是 2.31只/张和 15.54% ; 每年在第3季度出现蜚蠊密度与侵害率的高峰;9个县区中以西湖区的总蜚蠊密度和侵害率最高,分别达到5.62只/张和23.86%。结论 德国小蠊为南昌室内蜚蠊优势种,餐饮行业与农贸市场是蜚蠊侵害的重点区域,2010 - 2018年各年度间南昌地区蜚蠊侵害程度无显著变化, 老城区蜚蠊侵害最严重。

Abstract:To understand the species, population density, infestation rate and seasonal fluctuations of cockroachesin human habitats and different indoor environments in Nanchang area, to provide basis for urban cockroach prevention.Methods Sticky paper traps were used in surveillance of cockroaches in Nanchang area from 2010 to 2018. The data werecollected and statistically analyzed. Results The percentage of Blattella germanica was 96.97% . The overall averagepopulation density was 1.29 cockroaches per paper and the infestation rate was 9.22% between 2010 and 2018. Among fivedifferent types of environment, the highest population density and infestation rate were in caterings, reaching 2.31cockroaches per paper and 15.54%. And the peak of the population density of cockroaches and infestation rate occurred inthe third quarter of each year. Among the nine different counties, the highest population density and infestation rate appearedin Xihu district, reaching 5.62 cockroaches per paper and 23.86%. Conclusion Blattella germanica is the predominant specieof cockroaches in human habitats and surroundings in Nanchang. The farm produce markets and caterings are infestedseriously, while the old urban district is the most severely infested area. The overall infestation of cockroaches in Nanchangarea is stable between 2010 and 2018.
