| 摘 要： | 目的 了解2015-2018年乌海市市区居民主要死因及寿命损失，为提出有针对性的疾病预防控制策略提供依据。 方法 整理2015-2018年乌海市市区居民全死因数据，分析死亡率、死因顺位、期望寿命等指标。结果 2015-2018年乌海市市区居民粗死亡率为533.59/10万，标化死亡率为531.61/10万，男性高于女性，随年龄增长死亡率呈升高趋势（〖XC小五号.EPS;P〗=30785.35，P<0.001）。全人群死因前5位依次为循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒及其他，占全部死亡人数的90.34%；其中循环系统疾病和肿瘤占全部死亡人数的69.33%。2015-2018年乌海市市区居民期望寿命为77.20岁，去循环系统疾病和去肿瘤后期望寿命可分别增加5.44岁和3.33岁。结论 循环系统疾病和肿瘤是乌海市市区居民的两大死因，也是造成居民期望寿命损失最主要的两大疾病，尤其要重点关注肿瘤。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the main death causes and life lost of residents in Wuhai City from 2015 to 2018, and to provide scientific evidence for proposing targeted disease prevention and control. Methods The data of all death monitoring stations of residents in Wuhai City from 2015 to 2018 were collected, and mortality, rank order of causes of death, cause eliminated life expectancy were analyzed. Results The crude death rate among Wuhai City from 2015 to 2018 was 533.59/100 000. The standardized mortality rate was 531.61/100 000, and the mortality rate in males was higher than that in females. The mortality rate increased with age(Trend =30785.35, P<0.001). The five leading causes of death was circulatory diseases, tumors, respiratory diseases, injuries and poisoning and others, accounting for 90.34% of all deaths, and circulatory diseases and tumors accounted for 69.33% of all deaths. In addition, the life expectancy of residents in Wuhai City from 2015 to 2018 was 77.20 years old, and the life expectancy after circulatory diseases and tumor removal can be increased by 5.44 years and 3.33 years respectively. Conclusion The main cause of death among residents of Wuhai City from 2015 to 2018 are the chronic non-communicable diseases such as circulatory diseases and tumors. They are also the two major diseases that cause the loss of life expectancy of residents, especially focusing on tumors. |
