| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨手足口病流行的季节性与气候因素的关系。方法 运用小波分析研究手足口病的周期性(periodicity)及其与气候因素的同步性（cohenrence）。结果 平均气温、周日照时长、平均气压、平均相对湿度均和手足口病在1年周期处有共同高能量，周日照时长、平均相对湿度还和手足口病在半年周期处有共同高能量。结论 平均气温、周日照时长、平均气压、平均相对湿度均和手足口病有密切关系，小波分析可用于研究手足口病流行的季节性与气候因素的关系。

| Abstract: | Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the seasonality of hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD) and climatic factors. Methods Wavelet analysis was used to study the shared periods and coherence. Results Average temperature, sunshine duration, average atmospheric pressure, average relative humidity and HFMD had common high power at the period of one year. Besides, sunshine duration, average relative humidity and HFMD also had common high power at the period of half a year. Conclusion Average temperature, sunshine duration, average atmospheric pressure and average relative humidity all had tight relationship with HFMD, and wavelet analysis could be employed to study the relationship. |
