| 摘 要： | 新冠肺炎疫情发生以来，各级医疗机构因地制宜制定了防控应急预案。以危机管理理论为基础，通过对医院解除闭环管理机制的实践进行总结，从强化常态化人员管理、完善应急预案、重视人员心理以及提升医院公共卫生应急水平等角度，为医院开展突发事件应急处置工作，完善应急管理体系建设，提高应急管理能力提供了参考。

| Abstract: | Since the outbreak of COVID-19, medical institutions have optimized emergency plans for epidemic prevention and control according to respective conditions. Based on the theory of crisis management, this study summarized the experience in the construction of working mechanism of being discharged from closed-loop management, and provided reference for hospitals to emergency response and construction of emergency management system and capabilities from the perspectives of strengthening normalized personnel management, improving emergency plan and drill, paying attention to the mental health and improving the public health emergency response capability of the hospital. |
