| 摘 要： | 目的探讨互联网+会务系统的应用效果，分析其对医学学术会议管理效能的影响。方法重点阐述基于互联网+会务系统的整体设计、模块功能以及使用效果。选取2016年-2021年广东A医学协会20个专科分会连续主办的120个会议相关数据，根据会务系统启用前后分为对照组（2016年-2018年）和实验组（2019年-2021年）各60个，比较两组的管理效果。结果会务系统启用后，对参会者职称占比、区域分布、住宿预订准确率、用餐预订准确率、物料发放准确率、讲者及主持出勤率、会场上座率、参会人数、会人员满意度及区域覆盖度差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）, 投稿量差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论基于互联网+会务系统能够提高医学学术会议整体水平，对提升会议管理效能效果较好。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of Internet + conference affairs system and analyze its influence on the management efficiency of medical academic conferences. MethodsIt focused on the overall design, the functions of each module, and the use effect of the Internet + conference affairs system. The relevant data of 120 consecutive meetings hosted by 20 specialist branches of Guangdong A-Medical-Association from 2016 to 2021 were selected and divided into control group (from 2016 to 2018) and experimental group (from 2019 to 2021) with 60 cases in each group according to the implementation of the conference system. The management effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsAfter the conference affairs system was activated, the difference in the proportion of participants' professional titles, regional distribution, accuracy of accommodation reservations, accuracy of meal reservations, accuracy of material distribution, attendance of speakers and moderators, attendance at the venue, participants，staff satisfaction and regional coverage were statistically significant (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the number of submissions (P>0.05).Conclusion The conference affairs system based on Internet + can improve the overall level of medical academic conferences and has a good effect on improving the management efficiency of conference. |
