| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨PDCA模式在健康扶贫工作中的应用。方法 2018年5月-2018年10月，海口市人民医院健康扶贫工作组第七组运用PDCA模式对健康扶贫工作实施综合管理、持续改进。结果 “进村入户”走访率大大提高，健康帮扶工作效率得到显著改善，较往年同期增加了19.6%；走访中收集的问题也呈直线上升状态；扶贫对象的满意度高达98.2%，比2017年同期提高了8.1%。结论 PDCA模式能够提高健康扶贫工作效率，改进扶贫工作质量，提升帮扶对象的满意度，对推进“健康海南”和“幸福海南”建设具有重大作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of PDCA model in health poverty alleviation work.Methods From May to October 2018,the seventh group of the Health Poverty Alleviation Working Group of Haikou People’s Hospital used the PDCA model to implement comprehensive management and continuous improvement of health poverty alleviation work.Results The visit rate of"entering villages and households"was greatly increased,and the working efficiency of health assistance was significantly improved,which increased by 19.6%compared with the same period last year.The problems collected during the visit had also risen linearly.Satisfaction was as high as 98.2%,with an increase of 8.1%over the same period in 2017.Conclusion The PDCA model can improve the efficiency of health poverty alleviation work,improve the quality of poverty alleviation work,and improve the satisfaction of the peopleI.tplayed an important role in promoting the construction of"Healthy Hainan"and"Happy Hainan". |
