隧道纳米管在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘    要:肿瘤细胞及其微环境中的细胞间通讯对肿瘤的发生发展至关重要。细胞间通讯可以通过多种机制发生,但是肿瘤组织中远隔细胞间的具体信息交流方式仍不清楚。隧道纳米管是一种可以将细胞直接连接起来的细长薄膜管道,作为新发现的细胞间通讯方式,能够直接介导远程细胞间的信息交换及细胞内物质转移,并借此促进肿瘤的增殖、侵袭、转移及治疗抵抗。现就隧道纳米管在肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述并探讨其作为新兴肿瘤治疗靶点的潜力。

Abstract:The cell-to-cell communication between tumor cells and theirmicroenvironment is crucial to the occurrence and development of tumors.Intercellular communication can occur through a variety of mechanisms,but the specific information exchange methods between distant cells in tumor tissues are still not very clear.The tunneling nanotube is a slender thin film tube that can directly connect cells.As a newly discovered type of cell communication,it can directly mediate the exchange of information and the transfer of cellular cargos between connected,non-adjacent cells and thereby promote tumor proliferation,invasion,metastasis and treatment resistance.This article reviews the recent advances of tunneling nanotubes in tumors and discusses their potential as therapeutic targets for tumors.
