| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经直肠超声联合超声造影鉴别诊断直肠间质瘤与直肠癌的价值。方法:对已确诊的12例直肠间质瘤组常规超声及超声造影特点进行总结，并与24例直肠癌组的超声特征进行对比分析。结果:本组12例直肠间质瘤，其中低度危险程度间质瘤1例，中度危险程度间质瘤1例，高度危险程度间质瘤10例。直肠间质瘤组与直肠癌组在常规超声显示的肿瘤位置、大小、形态、边界、内部回声、周围淋巴结转移的差异均有统计学意义。直肠间质瘤的超声造影显示造影剂进入慢、退出快，且整体增强强度低。结论:直肠间质瘤常规超声及造影表现具有相对特征性，有助于提高直肠间质瘤与直肠癌的鉴别诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of transrectal ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the identification of rectal stromal tumor and rectal cancer.Methods:The characteristics of conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in 12 cases of rectal stromal tumor that were diagnosed were summarized and compared with the ultrasound characteristics of 24 cases of rectal cancer.Results:There were 12 cases of rectal stromal tumor,including 1 case of low-risk stromal tumor,1 case of moderate-risk stromal tumor and 10 cases of high-risk stromal tumor.There were statistically significant differences between the rectal stromal tumor group and the rectal cancer group in the tumour' s position,maximum diameter,morphology,border,internal echo,peripheral lymph node metastasis in conventional ultrasonography.For rectal stromal tumor,contrast-enhanced ultrasound showed that contrast agents entered slowly and exited quickly,and the overall enhancement intensity was low.Conclusion:The routine ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound findings of rectal stromal tumor are relatively characteristic.Mastering these performances can help to improve the value of the differential diagnosis between rectal stromal tumor and rectal cancer. |
